November Petit Vour
November Petit Vour

Petit Vour, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box of cruelty-free beauty products, hand-picked from businesses that align quality with progressive standards. Without fail, they come up with interesting goodies from brands I have never heard of and I always feel a bit more educated on these different brands after discovering everything in the box.

The Box

Petit Vour ships via USPS and took two days to arrive. Nice and quickly which I like. I thought their pink boxes were a one time thing for October in honor of breast cancer awareness, but it appears that they are sticking around for a while.

First Look

Everything comes so neatly packages in Petit Vour that I always hate to unwrap it.  I feel so bad that all their hard work is ruined by me in about two seconds 😉

The Information Card

If the November Petit Vour box has a theme, I don’t know what it is.  But the box included the following:

~Grass Roots Perfumery Perfume Oil Sample Set ($32): Ohh, I LOVE when companies give you samples off their entire line to try!  It’s so hard when you can’t go to the store and smell all of these so you can tell which full sized one you want to buy.  I wish all companies did this!  For the record, my favorite is the blood orange scent.

~GlamNatural Lip Cream (Bride to Be) ($20):  Not only is this a fabulous color and a fabulous gloss itself, it’s also free of the unsafe preservatives that are in most other cosmetic lines. This one is already in my bag.

GlamNatural Lip Cream

~Better Botanicals Ayurvedic Skin Care Sample Set ($2.30): I haven’t used the shampoo and conditioner packets, yet but I used the eye therapy and it made my eyes feel great.  It’s all made in the U.S. too, which is great.

~Primavera Skincare Sample ($0.70): These capsules are quite interesting. I wasn’t sure how it worked at first (do you crack them open or eat them), but now that I have figured it out, I am even more intrigued.  You crack open the top and massage into your skin. I really really love this idea because I feel like I use way too much product.

~Extra: Raw Snacks Bar: While I really really really want to be someone that loves raw bars like this, I am just not.  I was starving when it came and ate it, but I didn’t love it.  It was filling though which was good.

All totaled, the November Petit Vour box had a value of $55, which is a great value considering that the box itself is only $15/month.  Petit Vour boxes are always an awesome value and I always wonder how these boxes do it!  They also offer a rewards program and a referral program and offer discounts on some of the products in the box each month so you can earn free boxes!
