November The Bride Box

The Bride Box, who sent me this box to arrive, is a monthly subscription box for, you guessed it, brides!  It contains fun full-sized gifts, samples, and more and is catered specifically to brides who are in the wedding planning process.

The Box

The Bride Box ships via USPS Priority Mail from Florida and seriously took about 4 or 5 days.  It’s supposed to take two (per USPS), but it must have gotten lost somewhere along the way.

First Look

I peeked online for spoilers so I had a general idea of what was coming in the box, but it’s always fun to open and unwrap everything yourself.  The Bride Box has stopped including the monthly information card in their boxes and has decided to offer the information via e-mail and on their blog so that they can save some trees and include more DIY projects and tutorials.  I haven’t gotten my e-mail yet, but I am guessing it will appear in the next few days.  Here is what the box contained:

~Ruffles with Love Tank ($25): I am so passing this on to my next girlfriend (whoever it may be) who is getting married.  I personally probably wouldn’t rock the bow on the front working on, but it’s removable and can be used to gather the tank in the back as well.  Love the colors and the ombre on this!

~eslor Samples: I’ve never heard of this brand before, but the sample set includes a scrub, a mask, a cleanser and a cream and I am happy to test them out!

~Bow Tie Bags Wedding Welcome Bag: This is a sample of just the bag, but you can go online and put together a welcome bag of snacks for your out of town guests or for a destination wedding.  You can select from a few different color bags and they will customize a label for you and include the snacks you select.  They will even include a document (welcome letter, list of things to do in the city, etc.) in your bag.  So cool!!!

~Torch Illumination Blood Orange Candle ($4):  Umm, I don’t know who Renee and Tyler are, but I want to invited to their wedding in SF.  LOL!!!  I LOVE this candle.  The scent is amazing and they will customize your label for you.  Did I mention I love this?

~DIY Ornament:  I *think* this is a DIY tutorial, but I am not totally certain since I haven’t received my card. I once attended a wedding where we got customized Christmas ornaments as favors and I thought it was so cool.  Sadly they are now divorced, so I don’t hang it on my tree anymore, but I loved the idea and think they would be fun to make!

I didn’t do a cost breakdown on the November The Bride Box because I didn’t have exact prices for a lot of the items included. The Bride Box is $35/month and I think that it would make a great gift to a newly engaged friend or yourself!  They come up with a lot of cool ideas and treats that I think really would make it easier to plan your wedding.

Disclosure: This complimentary box was received for review purposes. As always, all opinions are my own and no compensation was received.
