MyIrelandBox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a subscription box straight from Ireland to your doorstep! The box includes 1 large or 2-4 Irish made/designed home goods, accessories, jewellery, stationary or beauty products.
MyIrelandBox ships directly from Ireland and always takes right around a week to arrive. And, as always, I am quite impressed by the speed at which it arrived.
MyIrelandBox always sends such a wide variety of items that I never know what to expect. And from the first look, I still wasn’t sure what was inside.
MyIrelandBox’s December theme is “Festive” and includes, well, festive items for the holidays! It lists information about everything in the box and gives you some background about the producers of these items. Here is what was inside:
~Alljoy Designs Felt Coasters ($10.94): When I first glanced at this box I thought there were ornaments! And to tell you the truth, that’s what I’m going to use them for. I don’t want my glasses to get them all icky!! I am going to poke a hole through the top and thread some ribbon in and hang them right up. Love.
~Holden Leather Goods Bookmark: I cannot find a price for this online, but it’s a leather bookmark handcrafted just for MyIrelandBox (which is obviously why I can’t find a price). Totally gorgeous and it will be way better than folding the pages down in books which is what i currently do.
~Liz Christy Irish Sheep Ornament ($5): This too will be headed on my tree! I went and checked out her site and I am loving her scarves too. So so so pretty. I imagine that they are like this little sheep which means they are likely super super soft too.
~Monson Irish Jewellery Ornament ($8.89): Another great item for me that will end up on my tree! My tree is a collection of ornaments from all over the place that we have picked up here and there with a few plain “Filler” ornaments. I am hoping that one day I don’t even need those filler ones!
~Yvonne Kennedy Nollaig Shona Card ($4.94): How cute is this? I’m not sure who I will send it too, but I think it’s adorable. I had to google what it said, but I should have known it was Happy Christmas!
~Real Ireland Design Calendar: Every time I get this box I think about how much my old boss, who passed away years ago, would have loved something in it. And this calendar is no exception. This would make a great gift for someone who has a trip planned there or just got back!
I couldn’t do a cost breakdown on the December MyIrelandBox since I couldn’t find prices on everything. This was a great box for me because of all the Christmas ornaments! They are totally things I would have purchased if I went on a trip over there!

omg I love the Monson Irish Jewellery Ornament!!!
Isn’t it great??
I’m crying over how awesome this box is. I want to be able to afford it sooooo badly! Maybe I’ll get myself the January box if I get some Christmas money. 😉
Fingers crossed for January!

Thank you again!!
Hi guys
I won a competition and the prize was the December box! That was so super awesome and I loved the contents.
My reason for posting though is I live in Ireland and know I won’t use the calendar so if anyone on here would like it just let me know and I will send it to you.
Happy holidays!
Karen
That is so kind!
