~If you missed my recap our weekend from last night’s Sunday Sentiments, I’ll recap it again. Friday night was milk and cookies with Santa at L’s school. L spent the night at his Nana and Papa’s house that night because his bunk bed (which is a Santa gift) was being delivered Saturday and I didn’t want to have to figure out how to explain that. We were supposed to go to a Christmas event Saturday afternoon / evening, but L got the flu, so that was a no go (boo). B went to a work holiday party and L and I sat around feeling bad for him because he felt so crappy. He was back to normal on Sunday though and the fun (including playing in the snow) resumed. WB’s weekend excitement consisted of getting his own Flipeez hat ;).

~I am expecting a bunch of subscription boxes this week including Citrus Lane, Love With Food, FabFitFun, MunchPak, Bike Loot, Petit Vour and Tea Sparrow. And probably some more that I am forgetting about. Between that and Christmas gifts I have ordered, it should be a busy mail week. And OMG, I got a package delivered yesterday. On a Sunday! I was so excited. B was too. It was Kiwi Crate from USPS. So exciting.
~I know a lot of people were interested in joining the Facebook Subscription Box Buy / Sell / Trade Group I mention sometimes, so if I haven’t sent you an invite, let me know. Just to clarify, it’s NOT my page, just a group I am in. I’d give you the link to it, but it’d be useless since it’s a “Secret” group because of the spam they were getting.
~I complain about this constantly on here, but I have to go return bottles this week and I am so so dreading it. It’s just so darn gross and smelly. But it needs to happen because I have been avoiding it for way too long. I can’t even think about how gross it was there last time or I will back out from going. I cannot.
~This week is going to be a busy one around here. I need to get my Christmas cards out, finish up some Christmas shopping, drop off some donations, get things ready for L’s holiday party at school (and go to said party) and finally WRAP presents. To everyone who said that this was your favorite Christmas tradition in the giveaway question, I would like to invite you over so you can enjoy even more of this tradition this year. LOL!!! I don’t love wrapping, but I plan to lock myself in the basement (when B is home of course0, throw on a movie and not stop wrapping until it’s all done.
~All you washi tape lovers have talked me into it. I am headed out to Target and Michaels today to pick up some tape and other “stuff” to deck out my 2014 EC planner. L and I also have some Christmas crafting to do this week, so I need to grab some stuff for that as well. Pretty sure I will come home with a large variety of chevron washi and not much else.
