This week I am saying So What If….

~I get sad when fictional television characters die.
~I still haven’t gotten a mattress for L’s twin bed on his bunk bed. Oops.
~I was annoyed yesterday when I went to drop off some donations and the guy working there was ALL annoyed that he had to help me carry it in. I for sure did not have the Christmas spirit after he basically rolled his eyes at me when I asked for help(I had WB with me).
~I thought I was so super creative when I used washi tape on the back of my Christmas card envelopes. I am still pretty pleased with myself to tell you the truth.
~I wished for the millionth time last night that Target was open 24 hours a day.
~He doesn’t know it yet, but I am assigning B to handle making this candy train for L’s gift exchange at school tomorrow. (someone on here gave me this idea so thank you!!!!)
~I am so super annoyed that I didn’t win the Mega Millions.  WTF.
~I hear rumblings that we may be getting a ton of snow this weekend and I am like a little kid I am so darn excited about it.  #bringit
~I am going to Costco today and am way too excited about it.  Which means my mom is probably not going to be excited about it (she has the membership, not me).  LOL!

That’s it from here. What are you saying so what to this week?

Check out twin mattress when you go to Costco. It’s not on their website (and I guess your warehouse might not have it), but we bought 2 for bunk beds. They’re a nice quality and much cheaper than everywhere else we looked. They don’t have to be flipped. And because they’re hard on one side, we didn’t have to buy one of those flat boards some people recommend to put in the bunk beds.

I looked at Costco and they didn’t have any right now. I think it had to do with the holidays?? I found one at a mattress store though!

So are you loving the Washi yet? It is so addictive and so pretty. I started writing mine out last night but didn’t finish. Hopefully today I’ll get there. LOL

I’m so excited, I’m off work for the year starting today. WHOOO HOO. So, I grabbed a cup of coffee, and yes, headed over to ROASM to read you blog. Fun. We have snow, cold, and more snow here. I’m determined this year to enjoy the snow more. The wind can be just so cold.

So, my husband is at work, kids are at school/daycare. All by myself. It’s heaven. Don’t get me wrong, love my kids, love my husband. But, down time? Wow. I just never get it. It’s so nice. I might even crack open the large pile of books I’ve been dying to read! Course shopping wouldn’t hurt either. Decisions….

Ummm get the mattress at Costco! That’s where we get ours!!

    1. Jennifer

      Well yeah! That’s the plan.

No dice!!! They don’t have any right now. Said they would be coming in soon? I am guessing it’s because there is no room with all the holiday stuff? Anyway, I found one at a mattress store this morning and it is now in my garage.

Did you watch the season finale of Homeland yet??

I need to go to Target, but the closest one is 20 minutes away, and my only free time is on my hour lunch break. Grr. Might try to go tomorrow night after the baby goes to bed…

O.M.G. yes. Last night. My goodness. Say it isn’t so!

My mom has the Costco membership too! She is kind enough to take me and buy me things and is always like “now let’s no go crazy!” and then $400 later were like, whoops! We do the same thing at Target too, haha.

    1. Jennifer

BAHAHAHA. It’s possible we have the same mom.

I like the washi tape on the Christmas card idea! I did a little DIY a few days ago with ribbon and used double-sided tape, but washi tape just skips a step! And I feel ya on Target. It’s nice and all that Wal-Mart is there 24/7 if you need it, but it’s just not the same as Target!

We have Meijer here too which is 24 hours, but it’s just not the same.
