It’s time for another edition of Tuesday Troubles. I’ve said it before, but this should be named “things i’m annoyed / confused / want to complain about”, however I couldn’t figure out how to make any of those into a snappy title, so Tuesday Troubles it is. And yes, I do realize that these aren’t true “troubles”. I know that many of these for sure could be defined as first world problems!
~So I was reading one of my favorite websites (Radar Online) and can across this article talking about how surely Tori Spelling and Dean are on the outs because she was seen, GASP, without her wedding ring. Now maybe he did really cheat on her and maybe they are splitting up, but listen, if someone speculated every time I didn’t wear my rings I would have been on the road to divorce 900 times. Sometimes I just forget. Sometimes I just don’t wear it. No biggie. I know I’m married!
~I finally decided it was time to give WB a blanket in his crib and he loves it. Like he sleeps more with the blanket than he used to without it – if that’s even possible because he was always a good sleeper. The only thing is he likes to cover his head with the blanket (like I mean cover his head good), which drives me bananas. I know that he can breathe, but I still don’t like it. Any way I can break him of this but still let him have a snuggly blanket?
~When does everyone take down their holiday decorations? Is the weekend after New Year’s standard? That’s kind of the rule I follow, but I know that some people love to keep those Christmas lights on until well into February (#stopit). I am dreading taking down out tree because 1) it’s a pain and 2) it still looks fabulous and hasn’t really dropped any needles, but it’s coming down this weekend.
~Does anyone pay much attention to the stories people share on FB? Like the one about the server who got stiffed on a tip because of her “lifestyle” that was ALL over FB and the news and umm, turned out to be a hoax? Or the “Like” and “Share” if you love your kid and if you Skip it means you are an awful person? Yeah, all those. Ahhhhh, I cannot stand them. All those stories, how do I know if they are real? Because I just skim right by that these days. Right by it.
~SO random, but the toilet in the bathroom in our bedroom randomly flushes. I googled it and it’s called Phantom Flushing and is because of a leak, blah, blah, blah. The only problem is that it does it like once a day, so I kind of forget about it those other 23 hours. I about jumped out of my skin when it happened the other night when B was gone. OMG so scared! I need to get B to fix this before I have a heart attack! Has anyone ever had such an issue? Scary right???
