Wantable Majestic Masquerade Holiday Box

I had been holding off on ordering the Wantable Limited Edition Holiday Box (as much as I would like to, I can’t get ALL the boxes), but when I heard that they were “spreading some cheer” to current subscribers and were offering their remaining Limited Edition boxes for only $1, I was sold (and since I know everyone is going to ask – these boxes are now sold out)!  By the time I ordered all that was left was the “Majestic Masquerade” collection (they also offered the “Romantic Rendezvous” and “Starlight Soiree”), which was fine with me since I didn’t know what I’d pick anyway.

The Box

Wantable ships via USPS First Class mail.  My packages always arrive nice and quickly from them since they are just the next state over.  Kind of instant gratification!

First Look

I couldn’t recall exactly what all was in the box (I ordered in a rush because I feared they would sell out), but I couldn’t wait to dig in.  Wantable uses soft foam egg carton like packaging, which makes things nice and secure.  I would be surprised if they get many complaints about broken items.

The Information Card

The information card was just like their normal ones, except it contained information about the Limited Edition box, which “contains the perfect items to keep you looking glam and gorgeous all holiday season” and while it includes your.  While the card includes your “preferences”, they were not taken into account for this Limited Edition Box since it wasn’t one of their normal monthly customized boxes.  Here is what my Majestic Masquerade Limited Edition Holiday Box included:

~Color Club Nail Polish (Apollo Star) ($8): Totally love!  Can you ever have enough nail polish?  I think not! I don’t care what B says, he is hanging up my nail polish racks today and I am going to finally organize my messy collection. I cannot wait.

~Bella Beauty Small Cosmetic Bag (Gold) ($10): When I saw the pictures online I was just kind of meh about this.  But it’s much much prettier in person and I love it.  I am planning on using this in my bag as a fancy lip gloss case. It’s the perfect size!

~Spa Sister Silk Sleep Mask ($10.89): I don’t use a sleep mask so this will end up in the gift pile.  I’d save it for traveling, but let’s be real, traveling with kids does NOT allow for sleeping on the airplane.  Unless you are B anyway.

~Bella Beauty Rollerball Eyeshadow (Monet) ($15): Well how cool are these?  They are loose powder shadows, but in rollerball form.  They roll on and then you can easily blend with your finger.  I tested one out and all went well, but I am anxious to see what the last lasting power is like on the rollerball and if it will get clogged or not.

~29 Cosmetics Dew Lip Gloss Sparkling Champagne ($24):  So pretty!  It’s not crazy bright gold or anything.  Just a fun light shimmery color.

~Golden Gala Earrings ($24):  These are growing on me.  I just wasn’t sure at first and thought no way, but they are much more vivid in person than I was expecting and you never know.  I might be able to pull them off!

Golden Gala Earrings

All totaled I came up with a value of $67.89 for the Wantable Majestic Masquerade Holiday Box!  Not a bad deal at all considering that I paid, umm, $1 for it!  Sometimes being a subscriber pays off and I love love love that they offered this to us.

Did you pick up one of their Limited Edition Holiday Boxes?  Which one did you get and what’d you think?  The Limited Edition boxes are now sold out, but you if you want to subscribe to any of the other Wantable boxes (makeup, jewelry or intimates), click here.  I am all over the intimates box this month (you can check out my review here) and am pretty much I am ordering another one to open on Christmas morning!
