Googaro
Cost: $35/month
Ships To: United States and APO/Military addresses.
Googaro, who kindly sent me this box to review, arrived today! is a monthly subscription box for babies 0-3 years of age. Each month Googaro sends selects mom-approved items for you and baby straight to your door. You’ll receive some of their favorite finds including toys, books, snacks, and household products.
Googaro ships via USPS Priority Mail. I received the shipping notification for this one on Friday and the box arrived today (Monday), so it was very quick.
I was super anxious to get this box today because I had no idea what it would contain. I hadn’t seen any spoilers yet and when I opened it up, I was thrilled at the first look! I couldn’t wait to see the rest.
Googaro doesn’t have a monthly theme, however, they have a fabulous information card with pictures, descriptions and prices. I received a 1-2 year-old box for WB (he is 23 months) which included the following:
~SkipHop Panda Straw Bottle ($6): We love these. They are the WB’s favorite and we can never have enough. They are easy to clean, easy to put together and WB loves that they have a handle on them. Love love love!
~Innovative Kids Counting ($5.99): The pages on this book are designed so that toddlers can easily turn the pages all by themselves. This is a book that is perfect for L and WB to read together, which they both totally enjoy!
~Plan Toys Helicopter ($15): How cute is this? I love Plan Toys and this is one that we don’t have. I am planning to save all these fabulous wooden toys for my grandkids because they are just so well made and timeless.
~Greensprouts Tiny Bath Mat ($11.99): I have never a bath mat or anything like these with either of my kids, but there have been times that I have wished I had. These are designed for traveling so we’ll test them on our next vacation and then we’ll probably use them in the inflatable pool this summer which gets super slippery!
~Skiphop Carrying Case ($5): I can’t find this online, but it’s a cute little carrying case for your credit cards, lip balm, cell phone, etc. I love the pattern and will use this as a purse organizer or to help organize my car (which is a disaster right now).
All totaled I came up with a value of $43.98 for the March 2014 Googaro box! Once again I thought this was a fabulous box by them and was perfectly curated for WB’s age. Did you get a Googaro box this month? What’d you think? And if you got a different age group box (they do 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years and 2-3 years), what was in it?
If you are interested in learning more or signing up, click here. Googaro starts at $35/month, but you can use the coupon code “MARCHFUN” to save 20% off your ENTIRE subscription! That would bring the cost of an annual subscription down to $25.67/month which is a great deal!
