The Bride Box, who sent me this box to arrive, is a monthly subscription box for, you guessed it, brides!  It contains fun full-sized gifts, samples, and more and is catered specifically to brides who are in the wedding planning process.

First Look

It has finally occurred to me that The Bride Box uses blue tissue paper and packing materials because it is the “something blue” part of the box.  You got me The Bride Box!!

The Information Card

Yay!  The Bride Box information cards are back!  They had been posting the information online which is okay I suppose, but if you get your box before they post the contents you could end up lost.  The March 2014 The Bride Box theme is “Lucky in Love” and included the following items:

~Rachael Ryen Jewelry Necklace ($48): I can’t find this exact piece on the website so I estimated the price for it.  But it’s gorgeous.  The color of the stone is stunning and the delicate chain is a perfect fit for it.  You can choose birthstone necklaces as a gift for your ‘maids or you can opt for necklaces that match your wedding colors.  I was browsing thru the site and saw a bunch of gorgeous pieces!

~Montaque Candle Co. Candle (~$6): Montaque allows you to customize not only the scent you want and your label, but they also have a wide assortment of candles to pick from.  I loved getting candles as a wedding favor so I would be all for this!

~Celtic Bubble Wands ($7): These bubble wands are completely handmade and are suppose to bring the luck of the Irish to your wedding!  You can specify the color you for the wands and also the crystal bead at the bottom.  And after you are done blowing bubbles, you can save these and use them as a bookmark!

~Mandy’s Creations Candy Kabob (~$1.50): I have yet to see a candy kabob and think it’s a cute idea!  I think they would be super cute for kids parties too.  I am going to have to remember this!

All totaled I came up with a value of $62.59 for the March 2014 The Bride Box.  The Bride Box is $35/month and because of that fabulous necklace, this was one of my favorite boxes from them!  If you are interested in subscribing or just want to learn more, click here and use code “REFERFRIENDS” to save $5 off your box. or “SPRINGBOX15” for 15% off a monthly or 6-month subscription!

This was a great month for The Bride Box! I really love that necklace, and am sad that I missed out on this box, but once I got married, I didn’t think I needed the sub…haha…boy I was wrong!

Thanks for your review of my bubble wands in this Bride Box. Just an FYI to you and your readers, the price for individually ordered bubble wands is $7, but when ordered in greater quantities for weddings (or parties…really popular with moms throwing “Frozen,” “Brave,” and other themed birthday parties) the price goes down substantially…more like $2.50-3.00 each. Visit my Etsy shop to see all the possibilities: http://www.celticbubblewands.etsy.com.

    Be happy…blow bubbles!
