Today I’m smiling because:
~Yesterday was gorgeous. Just gorgeous. It’s days like yesterday that make me think that Spring *might* really happen this year. It was nearly 50, the snow was melting, the kids were playing outside. Ahhh, it was just a fabulous afternoon.
~I just read that a Mean Girls reunion is in the works. That’s so fetch.
~Daylight Savings Time begins tonight! Don’t forget to Spring Forward!
~Baseball Season starts soon! Opening Day in Detroit is a huge deal (it should be considered a holiday) and I am getting excited listening to everyone talk about it.
~I am planning a little getaway for B and I! Just one night, in-town (well downtown), but still, it should be nice and will be a much needed date night for us.
~So many of you have entered my 4,000 Likes / Thank You Giveaway! Seriously you are all fabulous. I think being able to do this is the coolest thing ever and I cannot say thank you enough.
~After this weekend, B doesn’t have any National Guard things to do until May!! Woot woot!
~I am getting way more sleep than usual. I’m not getting as much stuff done, but I am getting some much needed sleep, so that is awesome.
~I get the most entertaining texts from my friends during the day. They never cease to crack me up and since we are all usually thinking the same thing, it’s even more entertaining. Love you ladies!!!!

It was so nasty here yesterday. It was about 40 and we got 2.5″of rain. Gross just gross.
