Indie Gift Box, who kindly sent me this box to review, is an exclusive curated experience featuring unique handmade goods by independent artists. They are committed to sending you one-of-a-kind products made with love by passionate artisans. Boxes are available via subscription or can be purchased individually while supplies last.
Indie Gift Box ships via USPS First Class Mail and will ship to anywhere the United States Post Office delivers.
Indie Gift Box promises 2-6 products each month. I didn’t know what to expect since I have never tried one of their boxes. Everything looked adorable though, so it was a great first look.
I still couldn’t tell too much from the first look, but I liked what I saw!
The April 2014 Indie Gift Box review theme was “Sweet Spring” and included the following items:
~Koko & Viking French Macaroon Necklace ($23.50): This is very sweet and I think I know just the person who would love this!
~Lily & Val: “Happy Spring” Chalk Art Card ($3.50): I love chalk art and chalkboard fonts, so I love this. It’s gorgeous and I love the colors.
~Mercantile519 Vintage Filigree Flower Ring ($5): Another cute, very seasonally appropriate item. This shop also offers knitwear in addition to jewelry pieces.
~Marion’s Vintage Bakery Edible Candy Jewels ($9): I missed the edible part of this at first and thought, well, these are cute, but what am I going to do with them? Eat them! I am excited to make cupcake with L and WB and let them decorate with these. They will be super excited to find out they can eat them.
~My Lucky Dragon Cotton Candy Body Scrub ($8): How cute is this? It’s a push pop body scrub! And it smells amazing. I love this and have never seen anything like it. The cool factor on these alone makes me want to order more right now!
~Popwheel Art Watercolor Artist Trading Card ($3): I am not totally sure what I will do with the trading card, but I really do like the print. The stickers which I love even more, will be used to seal envelopes!
All totaled I came up with a value of $52 for the April 2014 Indie Gift Box! The box is $29.50/month with shipping, so that’s a fabulous deal. And like Indie Gift Box says, you’ll be one of the only people with these goodies since they send only a limited number of boxes each month!
