Jewel Spring, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscriptions service for your fashion accessories. Each month you can expect to receive a beautifully wrapped box containing three accessories worth more than $50 value delivered directly to your doorstep.

The Box

Jewel Spring ships directly from Korea and took about two weeks to arrive to me. I didn’t think that was too bad considering the distance and that it had to clear customs.

First Look

I was very impressed by the packaging of the April 2014 Jewel Spring box (which I believe is their first ever box).  The box didn’t have an information card, but it contained the following items:

~Flower Hair Clip: Very cute, but not exactly my style.  I’d probably end up using this as a decoration on a package or something along those lines instead of in my hair.

Flower Hair Clip

~Gemstone Necklace: This is a longer necklace and I really like it.  The colors are fun and the necklace is well made.  I think this is my favorite item in the box.

~Green Stone Earrings: I also really like these earrings.  They actually remind me of a pair of earrings that Stella & Dot sells that I have and really like!

~Dangle Hoop Earrings: I don’t necessarily dislike all the parts of these earrings individually, I think together is just a little too much for me.  Although, it’s possible I might be able to remove the dangly part or all of the stuff and just have a pair of hoops!  That would make these a win if that’s the case!

Since the items are Jewel Spring branded I wasn’t able to do a cost breakdown on this box.  It’s $30/month and which breaks down to $7.50/item.  I was impressed by a few of the pieces in here, but a few of them weren’t really me.
