What happened to March? It was over so quickly and now it’s time for my monthly Best of the Boxes post! These are my favorite items (although I do try and pick from a variety of items) from subscription boxes I received in March 2014 (well reviews I posted from 3/1 – 3/31 otherwise it gets too confusing):
1. Alex and Ani Charm Bangle (GLOSSYBOX): When I first heard this was coming in the March GLOSSYBOX I was thrilled. I just couldn’t even believe my luck. I love love love it.
2. Melie Bianco Mattie Handbag (Socialbliss Style Box): Gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier about this bag. It’s so perfect for Spring and I love that it’s nice and roomy. I don’t know that I have ever received a big handbag like this in a subscription box and it feels like such a treat.
3. Ted Baker London Ted’s Beauty Spot Manicure Set (Fancy Mystery Box): You know what matches my new bag perfectly? This manicure set! I needed a new little kit like this and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
4. Travel Bottle by Porcelain Company (MonthlyExpress): This spray is one of the most unique items I have ever received in a subscription box, but it’s very useful. And it works! This hand cream from the January Monthly Express (I received it in March) is also one of my favorites from this month.
5. Memory Game from Petit Collage (Citrus Lane): I think the main reason I love this is because it’s trains! Both of my boys love trains so this fits us perfect.
6. Authentic Lava Rock Molcajete (Hamptons Lane): For whatever reason I have always wanted one of these. I so cannot wait to have chips and fresh homemade guacamole and margaritas on the patio this summer.
7. Air Repair Rescue Balm All-Purpose Skin Salve and Lip Balm (Birchbox): This one has become a new holy grail product. You can take care of so many issues with just this one product.
8. BaubleBar Elephant Ring Tree Holder (PopSugar): The minute I saw this I knew it would be making this list. I have it on my nightstand and really like putting my rings on this little guy at night!
9. Double the Fun Headband by Zella (Mama’s Got Mail):I am always on the hunt for new headbands and this is one I hadn’t tried before. I don’t know that it’s a new favorite, but I loved trying it.
10. ChapStick Day & Night (Her Fashion Box): This isn’t available in the States and that makes me love it even more. I feel like I have some exclusive item. Plus, it’s lip balm, so there’s that ;).
Now that I have shared my favorites from my February subscription boxes, what are yours? Did you find any new holy grails this month? Please share!!!
I am definitely getting one of those ring trees (which took me forever to realize that I had to search ring tree not ring holder). If you sign up using a new email (it popped up as soon as I went to the website), you get 15% off and ground shipping is free, which I think that is all the time. I will pay about $11 for it. I will be buying one as soon as I figure out which one!
You know what, they they almost exactly the same ones at Bed Bath & Beyond too. Maybe even a little cheaper. Plus you can use a coupon!
They have the same elephant ring holder on Zulily today. It is white instead of metallic though 🙂
It’s under the Bright Delight sale for $7.99 🙂
Thank you!!!
Absolutely in LOVE with the elephant ring holder!! Wish I got one!
LOVE it!!! Seriously try Bed, Bath & Beyond for one! Near the register!
I am kind of regretting selling my SB box with the purse.. sigh. I do like the ivory better than the pink, though. So chic! I’m totally jealous of the manicure set you got in the Fancy Mystery Box! I would trade my entire mystery box for it!
I think the cream is just so pretty. Maybe you can trade back for a cream one!
I wish we got one of those memory games from Citrus Lane – they were so cute! We got the Hape animals instead.
Maybe they will put to in a future box?
I wasn’t sure about the air repair because I’ve heard people say that it has a pretty strong smell… but I might be tempted to open mine and try it now!
It’s good!
Hi Jen,
How has the mattie bag held up? I am debating buying the Tory.
I don’t use it daily, so it’s still nearly perfect!
