~Oh what a weekend! Seriously we packed a ton of stuff into this one. Friday night was an Ice Cream Social / Party at L’s school. B had class, so just the boys and I went and we had a blast. Ice cream, dancing, games! Such a good time! Saturday I ran to Target and the mall (alone) which was fabulous and then B got to spend the afternoon working on his car which he loved. And then yesterday was LEGO FEST! OMG the boys loved it. Loved it. They could have spent the entire time playing in the giant lego pile. For real. Totally recommend checking this out if it comes to your town. And then we had lunch at SmashBurger which was also a big hit. A good good weekend for sure.
~I am expecting a few boxes this week, including my Citrus Lane Mystery Boxes, which should FINALLY be arriving! I should also be getting Julep, Birchbox Man, GLOSSYBOX, the Honest Co. Mother’s Day Box, and a Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box. And certainly a few more that I am missing right now. Should be another fun week!
~This “nice” (aka above 50) weather we have been having I have already begun (began?) to have allergy issues. So basically I just wanted to tell you I feel like crap today. That entire freezing cold winter. And the minute it warms up, this happens. Ugh.
~I’m on this huge kick to make my hair look fabulous and I now that I have the shine part down, I want more. And I hear that this curling wand is where it’s at. I have never used one before and don’t want to be paying over $100 for something I won’t LOVE, but I am super intrigued. Has anyone used one? thoughts?
~I was just complaining about the odd things that pop up in my Facebook feed last week and then the other night these wine glasses popped up and I realized hey, maybe they do know me after all. This is a legit wine sippy cup.
~Is anyone else sad that Television Without Pity is shutting down ;(? I hadn’t been reading it as much lately as I used too years ago, but it was always my go to spot for spoilers on tv shows and, of course, snark on some of my favorite reality shows. Their recaps were some of the best. I’ll miss you TWOP!
~Can someone explain this #happy100days thing to me? You just post what you are happy about every day for 100 days? Did this just start or has it been going on since the beginning of the year? Also, why did it take me going to an elementary school party to hear the Selfie song for the first time ever? LOL. That song is so dumb. And I totally can see why people like it. Heck, I wanted to start dancing!
