PäshBox, who kindly sent me this package to review, creates boxes of on-trend scarves for $22 a month, delivered directly to your doorstep each month. The Company will send you 2-3 scarves every month and encourages subscribers to share how they are styling their scales at #pashbox and #pashsociety.

The Box

PäshBox ships via USPS. I believe I got a shipping notification for it on Friday and it arrived yesterday (Monday), so I didn’t have to wait too long at all!

First Look

For some reason I thought PäshBox sent only one scarf, so I was surprised that the box was so jammed packed! I quickly realized that there wasn’t just one scarf in there and was even more excited to check it out!

The Information Card

The May 2014 PäshBox was their “Beta Box” and included geo prints, brights and pastel colors.  The information card said that several different prints were sent out and that some subscribers will receive the same exact scarfs, some will receive the same scarf, but in a different colorway and others will receive totally different scarves!  I cannot wait to see the variety sent out!  Here is what I received:

~Black & White Infinity Scarf: This is probably my favorite of the group mainly because it is an infinity scarf.  I don’t want to call the scarf heavy, because it’s not, but it’s also not one of those thin little scarves either.  The material was cool too.  It almost looks like it has ruffles in it and was fluffy!

~Colorful Ikat Scarf: I don’t really know that this is an ikat print, but that’s what it looks mostly like so I am going with it!  I loved the colors on this one, however, the scarf  itself had a few snags in it.  If you had it on (this is a true scarf not an infinity card), you probably wouldn’t even be able to tell, but I wanted to mention it.

~Brightly Colored Geometric Scarf: As soon as I saw this scarf, I was like, no this is not going to work.  And then I was like, well, I guess it’s okay.  And now I am like, hmm, what could I wear this with?  Ha!

~The Extras:  PäshBox decided to throw in a few extras this month, including lemonade, cookies and a bracelet!  All things I love ;).  Loved this little surprise in the box.

The Extras

I didn’t do a cost breakdown on this box, but the box itself is $22/month, which breaks down to $7.33 per scarf (or $11 per scarf if they do two scarves that month).  I’d say that is a great deal because I don’t know of too many places where this it’s possible to buy $7 scarves in so many prints!

What do you think of PäshBox?  If you want more information on them, click here!  Also, PashBox set up a little deal for all of you. To get $5 off your first box you can click here and order a box for only $16 (ETA: the international shipping issue should be all fixed now)!  It’s a one time only purchase and won’t be around forever, so if you want to check them out, do it quick!

I love these! I would never pick out that geometric one out at a store either, but I bet it looks fantastic on. Did your tracking update? I also got a shipping confirmation on Friday but nothing has happened on the tracking side. I really want to get these before my vacation next week. I can not wait now! Oh, and I love shortbread cookies!

    1. Jennifer

Report back on which ones you get!!! I will check my tracking….

Okay, I looked. It shipped on the 3rd. I don’t know if it updated while in transit because I have never checked it before, but it’s all updated now and shows delivered.

hmmm for some reason the $5 off link isn’t working for me 🙁 but if I go directly to their site everything is fine. Is it just me or is that happening to anyone else? I love the scarves you got in your box, and would love to try this box out!

      1. Staci

Thanks ! That link worked better, now if I can figure out why they’re changing me for international shipping…

        1. Jennifer

I just tried to do it on my end and it wasn’t showing that. I wonder what’s up? I think they are pretty responsive, so I’d shoot them an e-mail!

OMG! I am soo sooo soo oexcirted about this box! I have probably a million scarfs.. but this is just awesome!! Thank you!

    1. Jennifer

I know! I have so many. But these are so inexpensive…..

  4. Meghan

Is the box that’s $16 the one that you reviewed or will it be the next month’s box?

    1. Jennifer

I would guess it will be the next month’s box???

    2. Nicole

Yes, I just ordered and it said to expect the package after June 7th.

  5. Miranda

I really wanted to try it- for $16, why not, right? But every time I use either link it charges $13 international shipping, and I’m in the U.S.
    🙁

    1. Jennifer

Someone else mentioned that too! I just e-mailed them.

      1. Staci

Thank you, I’m excited to give them a try!

    2. Caroline

Yeah, I’m having the same problem.

      1. Jennifer

        Should be all fixed.

        1. Miranda

          It works now! Thank you!

Oh man, a scarf sub box?!? I need that sooo bad but I’m on a strict no buy this month and next. Maybe this summer I’ll treat myself, I looooooove scarves

    1. Jennifer

For the fall would be really fun!

  7. Tammy

I only got two scarves, maybe because they were both infinity? I don’t know. One I love to look at and it’s pretty long, but I am not sure the color looks good on me. The other looks better but is shorter. Both are really thin, Rikka brand, but thin is good for summer anyway. Overall, I am fine with this box. I got three months for $20 each and will probably skip a few months after to wait until fall or winter and pick it up again then. The extras were a nice addition. I am wearing the bracelet now. This box might not be particularly practical if you don’t wear a lot of scarves, but it is fun!

    1. Jennifer

Will you send me a picture! The Rikka ones come in Stitch Fix a lot I think!

      1. Tammy

I have been playing with these this evening, and I am liking them more and more. Happy, happy!

  8. Stephanie

Hi ladies, I sincerely apologize. I fixed everything, if you try the link again you should not be charged a shipping fee if you live in the US.

    1. Jennifer

      Thank you for fixing it!

      1. Stephanie

You’re welcome Jennifer, thanks again for the reveiw!

  9. Chris

These look AMAZING! Stuff I would never pick out but I could see myself paring with several outfits. So glad you got a demo box, because I was really hesitant to sign up without first seeing an example!

    1. Jennifer

It always helps to see a box of two first! I hope others hashtags theirs too!

  10. Katie

Scarves are one of my obsessions! I used your referral code and the $5 off to give this a try! Thanks for sharing this! I can’t wait to get mine!

    1. Jennifer

I can’t wait to see what you get!!!

  11. Rachel U.

Loved this- ordered one through your link, thank you!

    1. Jennifer

Can wait to see your scarves!!

  12. Chelsea

Hey Jennifer, how are the sizes on these scarves? I hate scarves with no volume and they look a little on the small side but that could just be the pictures!!! How would you compare it to say a scarf you have received in a pop sugar box? Thanks!

    1. Jennifer

They for sure aren’t small. Let’s see, comparing them to the brokedown one we got, I’d say they are thinner, but not at all small! I was going to spread them out for a picture, but it was just too big!
