June 2014 PupBox (4 Month-Old Puppy)

PupBox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly service for you and your new puppy. Each box will include 4-6 premium products. All boxes will include 1 bag of training treats and 3-5 additional products that are selected based on the age and physical characteristics of your puppy.

Baxter and Buddy are no longer puppies, but getting this box every month to review makes me want to get a puppy.  Well almost!

The Box

PupBox ships via FedEx Smart Post and took the standard SmartPost week to arrive.  All customers who sign up before the 15th of the month will receive their box that month.  PupBox will work to send customers who sign up after the 15th a box that month, but note that it may not go out until the following month.

First Look

I loved this first look!  It was packed full and looked like it had a lot of fun toys.

The Information Card

PupBox doesn’t have a product information card, but they do include information regarding your pet’s stage of development. The four-month old box included information on teething and some tips on puppy play dates.  Here is what the box included:

~Superior Farms Pet Provisions Dog Treats Waffles ($9.99): My dogs thought these were delicious and I am sure a puppy would as well!  We rarely crate our dogs when we leave anymore (Baxter has finally outgrown his separation anxiety), but these are perfect treats for when we do crate them!

~JW Rubber Toy ($2.99):  I think I am going to save this one for when our neighbors dog comes over.  He’s the golden retriever I will sometimes have pictures of on Instagram.  He likes to come visit us and L always wants to play fetch with him, but we can never find a good ball to use.

JW Rubber Toy

~orbee-tuff Bone ($6.95): This a great item for teething puppies.  Those teeth HURT and they need stuff just like this.  Plus this rinses clean (I’d probably throw it in the dishwasher) so it won’t get all nasty.

~Monkeez Squeaky Toy ($6): Oh, all my boys will love this.  It’s an awesome tug of war for the kids and the dogs to play with!

Monkeez Squeaky Toy

~Aussie Naturals Henry Krinklet ($9.99):  I don’t know why this guy doesn’t have any legs, but whatever.  It’s not a water bottle inside that can be replaced when the crinkle wears out.  Or if you get annoyed with it you don’t have to replace it right away!

~B-Bone Puppy Teething Ring ($2.50): I gave one of these to both of the furries today and they ran off not to be seen again until they were totally gone.  To say that they were a huge hit would be an understatement.  I will for sure be picking up more of these!

All totaled I came up with a value of $38.42 for the June 2014 PupBox (4 Month-Old Puppy).  I thought this box was fabulous and would be a perfect subscription if you were getting a new puppy or to gift to a friend or relative who has a new puppy!
