Nothing! I finished burning my last batch of Prize Candles and haven’t really burned anything else since. It’s been really warm here so I guess I just haven’t been thinking about it? It’s suppose to cool down though so I will be back at it!

Naked and Afraid. This show. I watched it last night and I can’t stop thinking about it. I just can’t see signing up for this. You don’t even win anything at the end if you finish! I would probably cry within the first 15 minutes of being dropped off. So not for me.

Ugly-Where Chairs! I asked about these chairs for L and WB yesterday and I heard good things, so when I saw that they had a 20% off coupon code for 4th of July I ordered! I’m not sure how long they will take to arrive, but the boys are going to be so excited. And I am too. I did a comparison and to get them at Pottery Barn with personalized and shipping they would have been $270. On Ugly Sofa, it was $135. That’s much better.

Brownies. So I found this salted caramel brownie mix at Target (where else) and thought we’d try it. I made L a tie dye cake from a Duff mix for his birthday and it turned out great. But these. Hmm. They turned out like plain brownies. The caramel (like all caramel I suppose) isn’t exactly “drizzelable”. It didn’t say to heat it though. Can you put a bag of caramel in the microwave?

US Weekly. I have a few books on my to read list, but this is what I am actually flipping through right now. For the record I think J. Lo is hot. I cannot believe she’s 44. I think the older she gets, the better she looks. How is that even possible?

Today’s World Cup Game. I don’t even know if anxious is the right word for how I am feeling about this. I do know that WB and I are going to put on our red, white & blue and cheer our hearts out!

Disney World! It’s not too far away and I am getting excited. The kids are going to have an absolute ball. I have tried not to make too many plans, but I have made just enough so that we know where we are eating and what parks we are going to each day. My big Disney tip with little kids is to not try and pack too much into one day or everyone will end up crabby and we do not want that!

A Night Away. I am STILL trying to figure out when B and I can sneak away for a night at the casino. I think I have been working on this since, umm, February? LOL. It’ll happen though.

I would so be in on those ugly seats if I didn’t live in this small place! We just don’t have the room! I have a mix of duff’s chocolate cake with peanut butter ganache (safeway, clearance) to make for tomorrow. apparently we’re decorating it like the moon. i doubt it will be different than any other cake except it has PB in the middle.
Maybe if (when) you move you can get some! I can’t wait to see a picture of this moon cake!

We do a picture going into each park so that pretty much pays for the mm and then some character pics. You know me I love pictures. 🙂
I was going to suggest the memory maker. I was totally against it before we left once we got there and took a few pictures I thought okay fine let’s do it my husband was trying to get me to do it months before hand and we would have saved money. My little guy is the same exact age as WB and you would be surprised. Mainly I like that because every time you met the characters they took the pictures and you can enjoy watching them have fun instead of family around with the cameras I was able to take video on my phone well they took the ictures worked out pretty cool I say go for it
I could barely even get L to agree to pose with the characters on our Disney cruise. He’s just not down for that anymore!!! So even if WB was cooperative it’d just be a million picture of him and the characters. I just don’t think it’s for us!
i wish i had purchased it last time (whatever it was called before). we really wanted some of the photos and a la carte it was way too much.
We must be Disney weirdos! I don’t even know if I ever look at the pictures they take. LOL!

I got those same brownies the other day. You can put the caramel package on a bowl of hot water so it can melt or whatever. It turned out ok. They aren’t to die for or anything. 🙂
I think I will add more sea salt to them next time too.

Naked and Afraid is one of those shows I just can’t turn off once i start watching. I get that it’s a survival show…but why do they have to be NAKED?

The next time you have something to drizzle out of a packet try letting it sit in some hot water for a few minutes firsts. It comes out of the packet much easier if it’s a little warmed up and you don’t have to worry about microwaving it and popping the packet!

Omg you are so right about J.Lo. She is definitely getting hotter. I’m excited for you to go to Disney! I like your approach of not trying to pack in too much in one day. I hate when I’m with family on vacation and we overbook our days so much that we don’t get to actually have to time to enjoy it.
Yeah we go to the park for the morning, them we’ll come back to the hotel after lunch and let WB nap and L swim in the pool and stuff and then maybe go back to the park in the evening. Some nights we probably won’t even go back in.
