Gourmet Body Treats, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a vegan, natural and organic company with one goal in mind – to create effective skincare and cosmetics without harming the environment and helping your skin. Their Gourmet Beauty Box contains two or more full sized products plus 4-5 samples of some of their new and innovative products. Boxes are $19.99/month and will include over $50 dollars worth of their cosmetics and beauty wellness products.
Gourmet Body Treats ships via USPS First Class Mail and took only a few days to arrive.
I’ve never seen a Gourmet Body Treats box nor have I ever tried any of their products so I didn’t really know what to expect. I was very impressed with the first look and thought the sizes were great!
The July 2014 Gourmet Body Treats Beauty Box theme is “Hand & Foot Treatments” and included the following products:
~White Ginger Hand & Foot Scrub ($18): I tested this one out and found that it really did soften my feet nicely. I really liked the smell of it too.
~Aloe & Coconut Hand & Foot Cream ($21.99): I don’t love the scent on this one as much as I liked the ginger, but if you like rose a lot, you’ll probably love it. Oh and all Gourmet Body Treats products are vegan, cruelty free, paraben free, GMO free and are made with certified organic ingredients.
~Argan Nail & Cuticle Treatment ($16.99): Ohh, how pretty is this? It’s the fanciest cuticle oil I have tried for sure. I would certainly buy this again!
~Samples: Each box also includes an assortment of samples to try. I received Bilberry Cuticle Softener & Remover, Hydrating Vegan Lipstick, Hydrating Liquid Bronzer and Lemon Mint Cleanser. I loved the packaging on the little samples and felt like the there was enough for 2-3 uses of each.
All totaled I came up with a value of $56.98 for the July 2014 Gourmet Body Treats Beauty Box! For $19.99/month I thought this was a fabulous deal and a treat way to pamper yourself with lots of new products!
