Memebox Oriental Medicine

Memebox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a Korean beauty box packed with combination of full size products and deluxe samples. Boxes contain anywhere between 4 and 8 products and while it’s not a subscription service, they offer many different curated box options and always always have new boxes available for purchase.

I received the Memebox Oriental Medicine Box for this review (it’s now sold out), but I have done a review on their Memebox Global Box (I reviewed Box #5, but I think they are up to Box #15 now) and their Colorbox #3 (Blue) in the past, which you can check out here.

The Package

Memebox ships directly from Korea, but never takes too long to arrive.  The website lets you know when the box you purchase is suppose to ship and also gives you a heads up about a week before it ships just to make sure they have all the details right.

The Box

When I received this I wasn’t total sure if it was a review box or one I’d ordered or what.  Obviously I was so anxious that I failed to even take a first look picture!  Oops!

The Information Card

Turns out the box I received was a review one and was the Memebox “Oriental Medicine” which includes the following products to improve the skin’s functions of regeneration, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation and moisturization:

~D’RAN Wonder Serum ($30): As soon as I finish up my GLOSSYBOX serum I am going to start using this.  It’s got 20 different Korean medicinal herbs and is suppose to “erase years off your face”.  I am ready!

D’RAN Wonder Serum

~Purederm Korean Herb Mask ($4): I received the Hydrating and the Brightening Masks. I liked the Brightening one better, but at $2/mask I would bring home a giant pile of these if I ever went to Korea!

Purederm Korean Herb Mask

~Donginbi Donginbidam Red Ginseng Aqua Oil ($9) & Red Gingseng Aqua Pack Essence ($18): Is this not the best packaging ever?  I mean seriously.  This is stuff suppose to lock in moisture and make your skin silkier and smoother.  I have only used it twice so I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness, but my skin felt great after.

~Hanhui CC Cream ($30): Love this CC cream.  It’s tinted yet somehow is suppose to work for everyone.  It works for me and I think it’s great!  CC cream is like the most genius creation ever.  I feel like I was ahead of my time because I used to mix foundation and lotion, but obviously I wasn’t alone or no one would have come up with this!

Hanhui CC Cream

~Shib Jang Ceng Chun Ji Heang Hand Cream ($17): This cream’s ingredients include 110 year old wild ginseng extracts, shea butter and olive oil and is very very effective.  I feel like I have some secret cream when I pull this out of my bag to use!

Shib Jang Ceng Chun Ji Heang Hand Cream

All totaled I came up with a value of $108 for the Memebox Oriental Medicine Box.  This box was $23 and like most Memebox boxes had an incredible value.  I was very impressed. It’s sold out now, but there are tons of other option available.  I am liking the “My Cute Wishlist 2” and Superbox #45 Korea’s Most Wanted!
