The Bride Box, who sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box for, you guessed it, brides! It contains fun full-sized gifts, samples, and more and is catered specifically to brides who are in the wedding planning process.
The Bride Box ships via USPS Priority Mail and generally just takes a few days to arrive.
I always mention this and while I am not a bride I still enjoy this box and happily pass along anything that I can’t use to friends who are getting married!
The August 2014 The Bride Box theme was “Summer Swag” and included the following items:
~The Bride Box “Wifey” T-Shirt ($24): Very cute and I can so see this being awesome for a Bachelorette Party sleepover, getting ready on your wedding day, your honeymoon, etc! This is a Bride Box exclusive and is only available in the Bride Box shop!
~Lauren B Beauty Nail Polish (Malibu Beach) ($18): I knew there was a reason I had been waiting to paint my nails and this is it! This color is gorgeous and could easily be your “something blue” on your wedding day toenails. LOVE!
~Burlap & Linen Co. Chalkboard (~$5): These would be awesome as table numbers or table assignments! They make larger ones for photo ops as well!
~Crave Me Edible Lotion ($3.50): This lotion smells incredible. And not only that, but you can also get it totally personalized for your event! I am thinking this would be a fun favor for a bridal shower. I know I would love to get something like this.
~April Lynn Designs Stationary (~$3): April Lynn Designs creates one of a kind wedding stationary. You can get your invitations, thank you cards, programs, etc. all in one place! I briefly checked out her designs and they look fabulous.
~Tips & Tricks: The Bride Box has also been including little cards to help you plan your day. This month focused on Bridesmaid expectations. If you have stood up in a wedding before you KNOW it is expensive and I love when friends have tried to keep the costs down. The new trend of selecting your own dress / girls wearing different style dresses is one I love for sure!
All totaled I came up with a value of $53.50 for the August 2014 The Bride Box and I have to say, I think this is my favorite box from them lately! It had so much great stuff and I am just obsessed with the color of that polish/
