Elizabeth & Clarke, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a quarterly subscription box which brings designer-quality blouses and tees to your door each season. Shirts are a mix of blouses, tees and work appropriate tops in neutral colors – while, black, off-white and grey.
Elizabeth & Clarke ships via USPS and takes about a week to arrive.
Right away I knew I was going to like this month’s box. I had peeked at the E&C fall collection when it was released and that shirt on top was exactly what I had my eye on.
The Fall 2014 Elizabeth & Clarke collection had five different options to select from. Based on your subscription level, you can select up to three shirts to receive. I received the following:
~The Ross: I love this shirt. It’s very soft (65% microfiber modal and 35% cotton) and stretchy and is going to be great for fall. I can only hope that they offer this in black someday. I would absolutely love that.
~The Bacall: This sheath looks great on the model, but it doesn’t work well on me. It’s 100% Crepe de Chine and is just not very forgiving. LOL! I like the drape effect at the neck, but it doesn’t really like me.
My Elizabeth & Clarke box had two pieces in it, which is $50 or $25/shirt. Both shirts were very well made and will last for ages. Shirts are available in 00 – 14 and run fairly true to size. If you are aren’t happy or if something doesn’t fit right they offer the ability to return or exchange items which is awesome.

Email them and see if you can exchange the Bacall for another style (even a style from another season!). I had to exchange my tops for a different size, and when I asked about next season’s collection, they said I could also ask to include a previous season’s items!!
Yes! I got the Bacall, the Liz Lemon, and the chunky camel colored sweater. I loved them. I’m excited for the Winter one with the suede elbow patches.
You give a nice review to Elizabeth and Clarke?s shirts, but I’ve had a bad experience. Their regular sizes run REALLY large. The size 8 Liz Lemon is closer to a 12 to 14. It?s huge and E & C won?t exchange it for me because I don?t have the plastic bag it came it. I have the box and the paperwork they sent and they don?t dispute I bought it from them, but they won?t exchange it.
I also bought the sleeveless white shirt in size 10 and it?s about a 12 to 14, as well.
Now I?m stuck with 2 shirts that don?t fit and no options. A fine thank you for someone who helped them get launched by buying into their kickstarter campaign.
Also, I agree with reviewers who say the material is thin. You can see through both shirts.
I would not buy from E & C again.
