September 2014 Five Four Club

Five Four Club is an exclusive men’s monthly subscription service. Each month you will receive an apparel package worth $120+ selected for you based on your style preferences.  B has been getting Five Four Club for a few months now and I think we’ve gotten more hits than misses so we are sticking with it for a bit.

The Package

Five Four Club ships via FedEx and takes just a few days to arrive.  This was actually suppose to arrive tomorrow, but it surprised me and arrived a day early.

First Look

Everything from Five Four Club has tags on it and arrives wrapped in tissue paper.  Packages also include a style card which give you an idea of how to wear some of the pieces you’ve received.

The Information Card

The September 2014 Five Four Club included the following pieces from the Sweater Weather Collection for fall:

~Five Four Hacienda Pullover ($48):  This sweater isn’t really a miss, but it’s not a hit either.  It’s just your normal 100% cotton sweater and I doubt we would have paid $48 for it at the store.  Maybe $30?  Had it been a v-neck I think I would have liked it a lot more.  I really like v-necks on men!  Still B will wear this so it’s not a loss.

~Five Four Miller Pullover ($72): Love this!  It’s super soft (50% acrylic, 47% nylon & 3% angora) and feels almost like a cashmere.  This is totally something B would pick out (or really that I would pick out for him and he would like) so this is a huge hit.

Five Four Miller Pullover

All totaled B’s September 2014 Five Four Club had a value of $120.  I think this was one of my favorite months because of that second sweater.  It was certainly worth the $60 cost of the package and I’m very pleased.
