You know the drill, I am stealing Jen’s Sunday Sentiments button and idea and making it mine tonight!
~Why do weekends always have to go so fast? We did get a ton of stuff accomplished though, so that was nice. L was lucky enough to get to spend the night at his Nana and Papa’s house on Friday night, so after WB went to bed B and I had movie night. We watched “Are You Here“. Meh. It was okay. I was aiming for Mom’s Night Out, but got denied. Today was “back-to-school” haircuts (better late than never) and the cider mill. Not a bad weekend by any means.
~The Neiman Marcus Beauty Event is going on now through 9.21.14! If you need to stock up on some products, the time is now. ~The Lions game didn’t go so well today (for the Lions anyway) so I now have my eyes set to Miss America tonight! Is anyone else planning on watching?
~I think I am going to start entering giveaways again. I used to enter them ALL the time (I did a post about it here) and pretty much stopped in the last few years. I wouldn’t enter them again like I used too (I was a mad woman), but maybe just the instant win ones because those were my favorite. Does anyone else “sweep”? What have you won lately?
~This BuzzFeed Target list is probably the best one I have seen lately. I think my favorite is #6! That’s a deal right there. I liked the Study Treats one too. Ha!!!
~Has fall weather hit your area yet? It’s in full effect here in Michigan. I swear I almost turned on the heat last night. It was straight up freezing. And I loved it. I am planning on decorating for fall this week and need to get the kid’s Halloween costumes squared away soon. L now wants to be Steve from Minecraft and WB doesn’t really get it so he could care less. I’ll have to see what old costume’s of L’s I still have that will work for him.
