Below are the latest additions (all were added as of 10.19.14) just added to the Monthly Subscription Box List and other updates made to the subscription box list. You can also find them book marked here.
**Food / Snack Boxes**
~SaucePack: $25/month. SaucePak is a monthly hot sauce subscription service. Each month, subscribers receive a pack containing three different hot sauces made in the USA.
**Kid’s Clothing Boxes**
~SockPanda: $10/month. SockPanda is a kid’s monthly sock subscription box. Each month you will receive two pairs of socks in your choice of size for either Boys or Girls. Socks are a surprise so you never know which ones you will get!
**Other Subscription Box News / Closures / Updates**
~A&J Smelly Goods & Such: According to their Facebook page, A&J Smelly Goods is having some issues sending out their boxes. I can’t totally figure out what the issue is, but there are a lot of complaints on their wall and don’t seem to be answering e-mails. If you don’t receive a response and haven’t received your items / a refund, I would contact Paypal or your credit / debit card company.
~Appleseed Lane: Appleseed Lane has been acquired by Green Kid Crafts. You can use the coupon code “APPLE” to save 40% off any Green Kid Crafts subscription.
~BrewPony: BrewPony appears to have closed their doors. Their website leads to an error and their Facebook page is now gone.
~Jungle Stand Tasting Bar: Back in February Jungle Stand indicated that they were taking a short pause and would be back “soon”. However, there have been no updates to their Facebook wall since that time, so I am going to go ahead and guess that they are closing their doors. If I hear anything different, I will let you know.
~Paper Dots: Paper Dots has officially closed their doors. They sent out an e-mail saying that “due to lack of resources and conflict within management, we must now close our doors” and noted that any outstanding billing / shipping issues should be addressed with them by 10.22.14. If you are unable to reach them by that date and have been charged for a box you didn’t receive, I would contact your credit / debit card company about disputing the charge.
~Toothbrush Subscriptions: Toothbrush Subscriptions has been merged into GoodMouth.
~Untoxicating Beauty: Untoxicating Beauty has placed their subscription service on hold until 2015.
~Whimsey Box: There still has been no update from Whimsey Box on the status of the September and October boxes and, from the sounds of their Facebook wall, they are not responding to e-mails. If you have been charged for boxes you have not received, I would contact your credit / debit card company about disputing the charge.
