~Umba Baby Box: $56/month. Umba Baby Box offers a monthly delivery of curated handmade baby goods designed for babies o to 6-months old.  Boxes may include hand knit beanies, natural diaper creams, wooden teething rings.

~Smile Create Repeat: $20/month. Smile Create Repeat is a monthly subscription of quality art supplies, hand selected by artists along with the tools and ideas to explore and create, from children (3+) to adults. Each month in your themed Smile Create Repeat box, you will receive 5+ quality art supplies chosen and tested by artists-illustrators, our creativity card, and additional surprises, delivered right to your door.

**Fitness Boxes**

~BuddhiBox: $30.95/month. BuddhiBox is a monthly subscription box designed to enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. Each month you will receive a mix of 4-6 samples and full size products that enrich mind, body, and soul. Inclusive of healthy food, supplements, beauty products, and yoga accessories.

**Pet Boxes**

~Catpax: $26/month.Catpax is a monthly delivery of handpicked treats, toys, and care products for kitties – all from small and independent makers. 10% of their proceeds go to cat rescue groups and they also publish Scratch Post, a daily boost of adorable kitties, occasional nonsense, and useful care tips for your favorite fluffball.

~Freddie’s Finds: $34/month. Freddie’s Finds is a monthly adventure of discoverable pooch proportions. Their passion is animals, which culminates in sustaining their health and happiness and they search high and low for products that fall into this category.

**Other Subscription Box News / Closures / Updates**

~Birchbox: Birchbox Aces will receive sample choice e-mails tomorrow (10.27.14) while all other subscribers will receive the e-mail on 10.28.14.   Samples do “sell out” so if there is one you really want to get, make sure make your pick quickly! You can see the sample choices here.

~Blue Velveteen: I’m not quite sure what is up with Blue Velveteen.  According to their Facebook wall, October boxes were suppose to ship on 10/20, however, no subscribers appear to have received them and their Facebook hasn’t been updated since 10/9.  Also, from the sounds of it, subscribers are not getting responses to their e-mails.  If you are a subscriber, you may want to watch this one and file a PayPal / credit card dispute if your box doesn’t arrive. ETA: As of 10.27.14, Blue Velveteen has deleted their Facebook page.

~PopSugar: I posted this on Facebook as well, but PopSugar sent out an e-mail update on October boxes.  It stated that, as of Friday, 90% of the boxes had been shipped (not necessarily received, but shipped) to subscribers.  You may or may not have gotten tracking on your shipped box yet.  I received my tracking on Saturday for boxes I received earlier in the week.  If you didn’t get this e-mail, you can read it in full here.
