After not receiving any subscription boxes for the past few days it was great to look out on my porch today and see B’s October 2014 Bespoke Post.
In case you aren’t familiar with them, Bespoke Post delivers fresh and interesting lifestyle brands and products to men. Each month, you’ll get to choose from their limited-edition boxes filled with an array of products built around a central, unique theme. Don’t want one that month? Just skip the month (you can opt out during the first 5 days of the month) and you won’t be charged.
Bespoke Post ships via UPS Sure Post. It starts out with UPS and ends up being delivered by the Post Office. However, it just so happened that I was receiving another UPS package today, so UPS delivered this one as well. I love when that happens because it arrives a day early!
The October 2014 Bespoke Post box options were “Highlands” which included a scarf, a grooming kit and incense sticks and “The Cobbler” which included a cedar shoe tree, leather wrapped shoe horn, double-sleeve shoe bag and dress shoe laces. It was an easy pick for B this month who opted for “Highlands”.
As I mentioned B opted for the “Highlands” October 2014 Bespoke Post box which included the following items to help you fight back against the dropping temperatures:
~Gilded Age Scarf (Ash) ($125): Bespoke Post allowed you to choose from three different scarf options for this box. B opted for “Ash” (other options were Charcoal w/ Ash Stripe and Light Grey w/ Navy Stripe) which is Ash w/ a Charcoal Stripe and it’s gorgeous. It’s extremely soft and is made from 100% Mongolian Wool. I cannot say enough good things about this. It’s not scratchy or itchy at all (I may have tried it on) and is both stylish and functional.
~Grooming Trio by Port Products ($28): This kit includes a Detoxifying Face Cleanser, Face Saving Shave Formula and Balancing Daily Moisturizer. B loves trying new products and this is a totally new brand to both of us. And I am pretty sure that if Bespoke likes it, he’ll like it too.
~Incense by Paine Products ($4): I am generally not really an incense fan, but these smell way different than any incense I have smelled before. We’ll give them a try.
All totaled I came up with a value of $157 for the October 2014 Bespoke Post Box. I think this was one of the best Bespoke Post boxes ever and we are thrilled with it. The selections were right on for the season and, as usual, the quality is amazing!

Do the incense smell like Christmas trees or woodsy-like? That looks really neat!
I think they are more woodsy!
Oh yay!! I was wanting something more outdoors scented for fall! I may just have to check those out!
I hate that I skipped this box right after I signed up for it. I am sure everything in it is great. But I have no use for incense and I found the scarf boring. Though I bet it feels amazing. And with a beard growing I didnt need the face products.
It is really soft. But I also love that you can skip if you don’t like / need it like you did. It makes subscribing a no brainer.
