Googaro, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box for babies 0-3 years of age. Each month Googaro sends selects mom-approved items for you and your baby straight to your door. You’ll receive some of their favorite finds including toys, books, snacks, and household products.
Googaro ships via DHL Global Mail and took just over a week to a arrive to me.
Somehow I hadn’t seen any spoilers for this box. I tried looking for some, but couldn’t find anything on the October box!
The October 2014 Googaro (for a 2 – 3 year-old boy) included the following items:
~O.R.E. Snack Containers ($7.95): These are awesome. I have to pack two snacks for L for school everyday and I try my hardest to use containers like this instead of plastic bags. I also couldn’t be happier with the pattern we received. I think there were a few variations and all of them were cute, but I love that this works for both L and WB!
~Boon TRAP Bath Appliques ($10.99): We have a few sets of these, but they always get played with in the bathtub. Both boys love them and they stick perfectly. And I love them because they don’t collect mold like so many bath toys do.
~Petit Collage Safari Babies Puzzle ($14): WB couldn’t get this out of the box fast enough yesterday. I am lucky I even got a picture of it. He grabbed it away and he started working on it (with L’s assistance right away). We have one of two of other variations of this, but not the “Pets” one, so it worked out perfect.
~Tom’s of Maine Fluoride-Free Toothpaste ($3.99): This is probably my favorite item in the box. Seriously! WB is super into brushing his teeth (he’s not super into letting me help him though), so we go through a ton of toothpaste. This stuff is fluoride-free, so it won’t matter if he ends up eating it (which he will)!
~Cherry Chocolate Bumble Bar ($1.99): So good. I am going to have to get some more of these because this was delicious!
All totaled I came up with a value of $38.92 for the October 2014 Googaro box! I liked the variation in this one and I love that we will use every single item in here. I thought everything was well curated for WB’s age (he’ll be two and a half tomorrow) as well.
