September 2014 Petit Vour

Petit Vour, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box of cruelty-free beauty products, hand-picked from businesses that align quality with progressive standards.  Boxes are $15/month and the value of the contents always exceeds the cost.

The Box

Petit Vour ships via USPS First Class Mail. I believe they had some sort of issue this month which caused boxes to be a bit delayed, but I can’t recall exactly what they said it was. I do know they sent a few e-mails about it, so I don’t think anyone was left wondering where their box was.

First Look

I was so busy checking out the new hot pink box that I wasn’t even paying attention when I opened up the box itself.

The Information Card

The September 2014 Petit Vour was a collaboration with Logical Harmony and was themed “Beauty and the Box”.  It contained the following items to help you elevate your beauty routine:

~Ellovi Tinted Lip Butter ($5): I know I have received the regular lip butter from this line before, but I don’t know if I have ever gotten to try the tinted lip butter before now.  I love this and already have it in my purse.

Ellovi Tinted Lip Butter

~Lily Lolo Mineral Eyeshadow ($12): This color is absolutely gorgeous. I love it!  It can be used a base or highlighter or even alone.  I am a big fan of this for sure.

Lily Lolo Mineral Eyeshadow

~Root Science Pure Balance Skincare ($16): This serum is designed to detoxify your skin and leave it in a “permanent state of bliss”.  I so need this and am keeping my fingers crossed it works for me.

Root Science Skincare

~Yarok Leave-In Conditioner ($13.20): I love leave-in conditioners.  I don’t always have time to do a deep conditioning treatment, but I always have time for a quick spray in conditioner.  I used this after my shower today and it left my hair nice and soft.

Yarok Leave-In Conditioner

All totaled I came up with an estimated value of $46.20 for the September 2014 Petit Vour Box.  Boxes are only $15/month, so as usual this was an amazing value.  And a great way to test out lots of new vegan and all-natural products!  I am always impressed by the value Petit Vour packs in their boxes and I have found lots of amazing products through them.
