Style Quarterly by PäshBox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a seasonal, limited edition box that features 3-6 fashion and beauty (skincare, nail care, hair care and bath + body) products, delivered to your door once per quarter. PäshBox was previously a monthly subscription box which focused primarily on scarves, however, they transitioned to quarterly boxes over the summer and this fall box is their first quarterly offering.
Style Quarterly by PäshBox ships via USPS Priority Mail during the last week of September, December, March and June.
The new PäshBox boxes are adorable! I loved the print and the colors and it made me even more excited to open it up.
Everything was perfectly packaged and was wrapped in a thin scarf (which isn’t included as an item on the information card) which I thought was a great touch.
The Fall 2014 Style Quarterly by PäshBox included the following fall essentials:
~Plum Island Soap Co. Citrus Scrub ($4.75): I love both the scent of this and the fact that it’s not just bar soap. It’s got cornmeal in it for exfoliation as well.
~Plum Island Soap Co. Orange Ginger Shower Gel ($10.75): I think I like the Orange Ginger scent even better than the Citrus. It’s a bit spicy and perfect for fall.
~Plum Island Soap Co Orange Ginger Body Butter ($14.75): My skin is already drying out and winter hasn’t even started! I need to start slathering this on now before it gets really bad.
~Black Widow Balm Gossip Lip Balm ($6): I like this color even more than the “Orb” I received in this month’s Dottiebox. Gossip is a deep wine color and smells like cinnamon rolls. You can’t go wrong with wine and cinnamon rolls.
~IKAT Scarf ($18): I love the scarf and the colors and the print. It’s lightweight, but also fair substantial. A great pick for fall.
~Floppy Wool Hat ($15): This is the only item in the box I am not sure about. Unless it’s at the beach I just can’t pull off a hat. I will be sending this to a friend who can pull them off though, so it’s not a total waste.
All totaled I came up with a value of $69.25 for the Fall 2014 Style Quarterly by PäshBox. I thought the box was well curated and I appreciate the reasons that they don’t include makeup in the box. And I can’t wait to see what they do with the Winter box!
What do you think of this quarter’s PäshBox? Do you like the changes they made? If you want to give their new quarterly boxes a try, you can use the coupon code “RAMBLE10” to save 10% off each box as long as you continue your subscription.
I love this box, but $49 just seems like such a high pricepoint. Even with the discount, it’s still $45. Even it wasn’t an extra 10 for shipping, I’d probably jump on it.
I can’t wait until they start shipping to Canada again!
If I were to subscribe, do you know if I would get this box or the next box?
Hi Julie, if you subscribe now you’ll be receiving the next box. September boxes are all sold out.
It seems nice enough but I’ll pass, for that price point I need a subscription box to offer something unique that I’m not getting in another box. I really liked their scarves I wish they would of kept that as an option.
Wow! This subscription looks great, I just subscribe. 🙂
LOVE the hat!
I really want this box!! It has a lot of products that dry skin is gonna need for fall/winter. I just wish it was in the thirty dollar range.. Oh well I guess since this one is sold out it doesn’t matter anyway. I’ll be very interested to see upcoming boxes. I hope they’ll put out a spoiler or two, and will continue to offer coupon codes.
I wish all the boxes did spoilers 😉
love the scarf!
I love that hat! I want one like it for fall/early winter.
I really like this box. Especially as it doesn’t do makeup (don’t need). But for $50 (is that with or without shipping?) it’s too much to only get about the same amount of product back. If it was $29.99 and we got $35 worth of stuff okay, but to pay $50 it has to be either REALLY super or at least double the value. There are too many subscription boxes out there these days. You have to be really unique or offer a great value for me to subscribe. (But I really do like this box!)
That’s with shipping.
