The Birchbox Man Decked and Dashing Box is one of Birchbox’s various holiday Limited Edition box offerings. It includes an assortment of winter-ready upgrades hand-picked to help you look your best, from the first Thanksgiving course to that last New Year’s toast!
Birchbox ships via USPS Priority Mail. My orders generally only take a day or two to arrive to me.
As with all of the Limited Edition boxes Birchbox offers, the presentation on this one was fantastic.
The Limited Edition Birchbox Decked and Dashing box included the following grooming essentials:
~Anthony Wake Up Call (1 oz. Sample Size) ($12.67): This gel reduces puffiness and revitalizes skin, no matter what you were up to the night before. B doesn’t get puffy eyes too often (not like I do), but this will come in handy after a long plane ride.
~English Laundry Eau de Parfum Notting Hill (20ml) ($32): B and I both agree that this scent is fabulous! It’s described as “a classic citrus scent with notes of bergamot, jasmine and cedarwood” and is great.
~ERNEST SUPPLIES Cooling Shave Cream ($25): I am such a sucker for packaging and Ernst Supplies has really fun pouch like containers. B has used this in the past and has always been a fan of it.
~Game Day Charging Spray: Energizing Facial Tonic (Sample Size) ($7.50): This tonic is supposed to hydrate, soothe and even out skin. Basically it is designed to make your skin feel refreshed. B tested it and said it felt “tingly” and he did seem brighter if that makes sense, but it’s not something he would buy on his own.
~Marvis Toothpaste – Travel Size in Aquatic Mint ($6): A total B favorite. He loves his stuff and, out of everything in the box, this is probably his favorite.
~Proper Bar Soap Elderflower ($15): This soap smells good, but I don’t know that it’s something we’d buy on a regular basis. $15 for bar soap is kind of a lot no?
~Roosevelt Supply Dopp Kit ($30): This is totally the reason I picked up this box for B. He needed a new dopp kit anyway, so it made total sense to snag this box. It’s made from a heavyweight canvas and will, hopefully, last B for at least a year or so!
Birchbox says that the Decked and Dashing Limited Edition box has a value of $115, but I came up with a value of $128.17. Either way it’s a great deal for $39 and would make for an awesome stand-alone gift or fabulous stocking stuffers!
What do you think of this Limited Edition Box? Did you order it? Like I mentioned before, it’s $39, but with one of the following coupon codes, you can get an even better deal:
~”AGINGSTAVES” to get a free W&P Barrel Aging Staves Kit on any order of $55+.
~”COMEBACK20“, “TAKE20OFF” or “MOBILE20”, “WELCOMEOFFER20″ to save 20% off your order. These may or may not work depending on if you have used them in the past, but they are worth a try!
And don’t forget that you can add a Mystery Sample Pack to your cart on ALL orders of $35+ as well!
I think I will buy this and the Sweat the Small Stuff LE box as well w/ a 20% off code. Between the two, I will be able to stuff the crap out of my husband’s stocking. 😉 That’ll be about $225 worth of stocking stuffers for about $75. Perfect.
That’s an awesome idea!
