Heads up!  PopSugar Must Have Box subscriptions have switched over and will now begin with the December 2014 Box!  I checked a few days ago and they were still starting with November, so it likely just switched to December yesterday or today.  If you want to MAKE SURE your PopSugar subscription begins with December UNCHECK the “Waitlist” box when you sign up otherwise you will get a November box as your first month if they happen to have extras.

What are you hoping for in your December 2014 PopSugar Must Have Box?  I would love to see a fun mug, a glittery bracelet, gourmet chocolates and maybe a new palette.  I certainly wouldn’t be sad to see the new Urban Decay Naked on the Run palette in there!  But I guess we’ll have to wait a few weeks to find out!

ETA: From the sounds of the comments, people are still waiting on their November boxes to ship.  Not sure what what’s going on with the delays, but you might want to keep that in mind if you hoping to get your December box by a certain date.  They used to ship at the beginning of the month, but the last few months it’s been later in the month and I am not sure when December will ship!

    Saw Popsugar December and I thought it was a spoiler and got excited. I think I will wait to see if a better code comes out.

      Be happy you have an estimated delivery date. I had a label created on the 14th and nothing since. I won’t even think about buying this unless there is something great with a decent coupon. I want my box!!!!

    Ugh, this makes me angry. I don’t even have a shipping label for my November box yet and I’ve emailed 4 times already – absolutely no response.

      Have they said anything about it on their Facebook page? Where are these boxes? And what on earth has happened after that website revamp?

    I asked about my box having a label but not being shipped and I finally got a reply saying “we don’t know why it didn’t ship we we are getting a new one” what does that even mean??

    I just got my November box on Friday (11/21) which seemed really late. I can’t believe people are getting Dec. 2nd dates. It all seemed to change when they upgraded their website. It sounds like they’re making a lot of changes all at once, maybe too much.

    I just received my November box yesterday 11/22. And I had really low expectations but everything in it was really nice. All this to say I still haven’t received october, and I actually canceled my account 11/7 yet I still received a November box. I contacted popsugar almost 3 weeks ago and then a week after that and still haven’t received a single response other than the automatic email that my request was received.
    This all makes me really sad because they have wonderful boxes but terrible customer service, so I really don’t want to give them my business 🙁

      I am trying to remember when they billed for this month? You might have canceled too late to not get November. But still, they should have e-mailed you back by now!!

    Popsugar is so hit and miss for me. I love the idea of these boxes, but their shipping and customer service seems to keep getting worse and worse. I bought a subscription on Rue La La because I had some credit to use up ( I previously was a PSMH subscriber but cancelled) and I still have no shipping info. I would love to give these boxes as Christmas gifts, but I am hesitant because they seem to be having big issues.

      Yeah, it’s had because with their shipping issues the past few months you just don’t know if they will get there in time!

    I haven’t even received a shipping notice email for November! And they just charged me for it last Friday…

    Maybe a tip for people I found the only way I got a response from them was to comment on there Facebook page. After doing that I got a response the next day and this was after I had emailed three times and sent a Facebook private message. They told me on 11/20: “We are currently processing all November Must Have boxes for shipment this week and next.”

      I’m thinking a lot of companies are responding quicker via Facebook anymore. My cousin recently had an issue with Verizon, had called and gone into the store both, and each time spoken to a manager with no resolution. As soon as she put something on their Facebook page, she got her problem solved that day.
