The Sweet Box by Orange Glad, is a carefully curated box of sweet snacks which is delivered to your door every month. It includes 5 deluxe gourmet desserts and the Orange Glad Marketplace allows you to place orders for more of the goodies you love!
Orange Glad ships via USPS Priority Mail. With the weather getting cooler (it’s cool here anyway) it’s likely less of a concern, but sometimes they will include cold packs in the packages to make sure nothing melts. This box wasn’t overly heavy on meltable items so it didn’t have one.
Inside the outer Orange Glad box is the actual Orange Glad gift box. Not everything would fit inside it this month, so there was an additional goodies packed on the outside.
I hadn’t gotten a change to find any spoilers on this one and the first look didn’t give me any hints either!
The November 2014 Orange Glad Sweet Box included the following items:
~Aly’s Apples Milk Chocolate Swirl Caramel Apple: I am the lamest caramel apple eater because I like to cut them up into pieces instead of eating them while they are the stick. B always makes fun of me. So much neater though! I am saving this as a special treat for L after school today. He’s going to be thrilled.
~Orange Glad Brownutella: These are cupcake like brownies with a swirl of nutella on them. And as you can imagine, they are delicious. I am trying to be good and not eat too many sweets, but I couldn’t resist this.
~Circo’s Pastry Shop Sandwich Rainbow Butter Cookie: Since I tried the brownie I thought I would let L be the taste tester on this cookie. After all, it has sprinkles so it kind of had his name on it. He said they were “really good” and kind of looked around in the box to see if I was hiding any (I was not).
~Dulce de Leche Cookies from Azucar Bakery: Okay fine, I tried these too. They were totally worth it though. I love shortbread cookies and dulce de leche, so I don’t think it was a surprise I loved these.
~Chef Chu’s Candied Pecans: Luckily I don’t like candied pecans so this was one treat that I wasn’t tempted to sample. I’ll leave this one for B to eat!
As usual I didn’t do a cost breakdown on this box (it’s too difficult when you have to figure out single item pricing and shipping would need to be taken into account since many of these items aren’t available locally), but I have to say, I think this was my favorite Orange Glad box ever! It had a great variety of items and they were all things we will totally eat here!

My first Orange Glad just showed up at my US mailbox – I can’t wait to try this out!
I always cut up my caramel apples too. I hate eating them on the stick!
Me too. 🙂
So do I! It’s really difficult to eat them on the stick without getting it all over my face, so I just cut them up and spear the pieces with a fork.
