Petit Vour, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box of cruelty-free beauty products, hand-picked from businesses that align quality with progressive standards. Boxes are $15/month and they do an excellent job making sure that the value well exceeds the cost.
Petit Vour ships via USPS First Class Mail. Boxes are shipped in batches between the 15th and 20th of the month.
I actually wasn’t even expecting Petit Vour yesterday when it arrived. I guess I didn’t realize it was already past the 15th of the month and that it would be arriving! So it’s fair to say that I had no idea what this box would include.
The November 2014 Petit Vour box theme was “Natural Givers” and was a collaboration with The Little Foxes, which is a compassionate lifestyle blog. It included the following luxury boutique brands that outshine conventional brands in a myriad of ways:
~Au Naturale Creme Eye Shadow + Creme Concealer (~$15): There were no sizes listed on these so I had to estimated the price. I love the color shadow I received (it’s in the tube that looks like mascara). It’s called Palma and is a beautiful beige shimmer. The concealer is also nice (it’s Beige) and blended very smoothly and gave a nice amount of coverage.
~Caru Skincare Co. Rose Facial Serum (~$8): I do love facial serums and oils, but I am not sold on the scent of this one. The rose scent may be a little too strong for me though.
~Earthbody Scared Skincare Dream Body Oil ($5.75): The scent on this is different, but I think I like it. It felt very fancy and luxurious.
~French Girl Organics Lip Tint ($11): This color is gorgeous! It’s a organic and can be worn alone or with another color on top of it.
All totaled I came up with an estimated value of $39.75 for the November 2014 Petit Vour. This box had lots of new-to-me products in it which I always appreciate. It is fun getting introduced to new products and brands!
