My wish has been granted! We have our first spoiler for the PopSugar Special Edition Must Have Holiday For Her! All boxes will contain a Turkish-T Diamond Throw, designed exclusively by PopSugar!

I’m so disenchanted by PS at this point that I literally need them to show me something worth more than the cost of the box or something absolutely amazing that I cannot get anywhere else (unrealistic, I realize, but so it goes). It’s sad that I’m not convinced everything else in the box will be worth the extra $22 vs. just buying the throw directly from Turkish-T.
This spoiler is enough for me to take the plunge except I can’t log in to the site to order it. Is this a sign I shouldn’t buy it? LOL. I’ll keep trying….

Love the spoiler and this being my first Holiday EditionBox with PopSugar, I am a happy camper! Jen, did they have this throw in another color in another on eof their boxes?

They had a turkish-t towel in one of their boxes. It was aqua.

Ughhh I want this one so bad! I still haven’t been charged or got shipping info on my November box yet though and that’s bothering me! Anyone else having this issue? I’ve emailed them and sent a Facebook message and no response… Love this throw though! lol
I hate them so much right now! I am still mad about NM box but I really want this throw, so I think I am going to order. Is that grey and ecru?

Wish I had ordered two of these boxes instead of one NM box, but you know what I work hard and I deserve a little fun. Santa might just leave me this throw (If I can hold off using it right away)

should have bought 3 of these boxes instead of NM. I will NOT give them anymore $$ until I get refunded for my triples charges. Or I get shipping on my November box, or my replacements for my broken NM stuff. OR EVEN A RESPONSE!!
That sounds frustrating. I had to send three emails before getting a replacement for Aug’s broken candle. I finally got one in Oct. plus a face mask. That made me happy, but I had to be persistent and keep following up.
I know exactly how your feeling! I’ve emailed three times and Facebook messaged and left a comment on there page and nothing! I haven’t been charged for November or gotten shipping and I’ve been subscribing since January! Soo annoying!!
That is super annoying!!!! My SIL’s November box says it’s coming on 12/2! Slow down!

Twice for November even though I cancked.. and twice for the NM Fox although one is a complete sale that went through another one is still pending. I finally got a response back today. They’re fixing everything and I can rest assured I won’t really be charged for all of it. And they have finally created a label for my November box just a label that’s it. They still have not addressed the broken candle and my nm box or the broken picture frame from the October box.. I hate them right now

Doesn’t sound like it’s worth the risk of all the trouble….I was on the fence until I continued reading about everyone else’s troubles. If you LOVE the throw so much, order it from Turkish T and move on. You’ll save a few bucks, pick your color and they probably have outstanding customer service if you need it.
This is what I plan to do – order directly from Turkish T — Pop Sugar won’t get a dime more of my money. Not so much because the NM box sucked, and my items arrived broken – I knew I was taking a chance, and stuff happens in the shipping process. But the fact they ignore emails and FB posts is really unacceptable.
They need to get some people answering those e-mails! I have an e-mail into their CS that has gone unresponded to as well!
My candle was broken. It was ugly and smelled horrible but if it was $85 then I want it. It took them 10 days to send me an email saying they would replace it.
I am so sorry everyone is having difficulties with the website and receiving responses from Customer Service with regards to shipping, delayed boxes and broken items. I have emailed the Lisa and Team email that was on Facebook, info at Must Have PopSugar(I think thats it) and emailed through the website and I have gotten responses sometimes that day and other times the following week. Hang in there everyone and be persistent, I pray the glitches will be worked out soon. Have a fabulous, amazing day everyone!!!
I like the throw, but not enough to order the box. It’s going to take more than that for me to try PopSugar again. I do hope everyone enjoys their boxes and that they arrive without any problems.
Now if they released a men’s box spoiler that my husband likes I will buy it.
Overall I have actually been impressed with PopSugar so I am surprised that so many are having so many issues with communication. I did have to email Lisa directly last month but I received a very quick response. I received my November Box today. My only issue right now is that I think their product choices need a bit of attention especially considering some new boxes coming out that are hitting it out of the park for me.

Looks like I’m not the only one having a lot of probles with PS. They used to be my favorite, but I have lost all of my faith in their company. I don’t know what happened, but as soon as they got a new site, customer service, decent products and everything else went out the window. Still waiting on missing items from my September box! 🙁
I was charged for October and November, even though I got rid of my sub in September.

it’s way. They more than made up for it.
