~Good morning! The Christmas countdown is on! Every year, I swear I am going to be more organized. And every year, here I am a few days before Christmas wondering why I have so much left to do? Maybe I just work better under pressure? At least Santa won’t need to put together a bunk bed on Christmas Eve this year while Ms. Claus stands lookout for children who might possibly wake up and see what’s going down!

~I was seriously expected to get like two boxes this week, but it seems like a few more are coming too. I should be getting Stitch Fix, Kloverbox, Hammock Pack, Loot Crate, Splendies and a few more that I can’t figure out in the USPS system. But better yet, my Reddit Gift Exchange person is getting her gift today! I hope she likes it! Someone suggested that I run a Secret Santa gift exchange next year. Would you be in? I’d do something to make sure that everyone got a gift and no one got stiffed! Think about it!
~So, realistically, how difficult do you think it would be to make these cheesecake stuffed cupcakes? I need to make cookies for Christmas Eve with the family, but they’d be down for cupcakes too and these are adorable. Is it hard to cut cheesecake into shapes? Or not so much because it’s frozen? I might have to attempt this!
~I stumbled into Target’s version of the minimergency kit this weekend (they call it the “Fashion Emergency Kit“) and had to pick it up. It was like $15 and, while cute, I wouldn’t buy another one at $15. But if they happen to end up in the 90% off after Christmas clearance, I will be getting more for sure!

a secret santa on here would be FUN! I’ve always wanted to do the reddit exchange but I dunno, I just have this feeling like I would get stiffed either by no gift or something super crappy. I can’t wait for you to post what you get!

Also–in regards to the cheesecake stuffed brownies–not too hard but do yourself a favor and do the cheesecake cut out w a cookie cutter. Uniform so they’re prettier looking and SO much easier. I did a strawberry cheesecake heart in vanilla cupcakes for valentine’s day last year 🙂
I didn’t end up doing it. Maybe I will try hearts for Valentines Day?

I would def do a secret Santa here!! I did the reddit exchange this year and got a great gift :). A box full of bed, bath and beyond products. The person was very generous…I also had so much fun shopping for the person I got! I think I may need to do the advocare challenge…I need some help after the all you can eat holidays!

I told you I need to wrap yet but really its not too bad. The boys and I will do Ms today so that only leaves theirs to wrap and that will happen sometime. LOL

Secret Santa would be awesome! I still need to wrap all of my presents which is pretty ridiculous since I’ve been finished with the shopping part since November. Oh well.
I would completely do a Secret Santa! I did one at work and it was fun, I am waiting for a PSMH box to show up, this time it was fedex that screwed up to finally wrap and bring in for a coworker (male) for his secret santa person. I did my Christmas this weekend because I am working the next 4 days so everything is pretty much over for me.

A Secret Santa here would be awesome! This is my 1st year doing the reddit secret exchange. I can’t wait to see what I get. My gift is coming via Royal Mail, so I can’t wait to see what country my gift is from and what I get.
Maybe I’m missing something, but how do you make the cupcakes so the tree comes out whichever way you cut it? Or do you have to make sure when they cut the cupcake that they know where the middle is? If you do it please tell us how to goes! I am very curious!

I did the Reddit one after I saw your post. It was so much fun. I got my giftee a Loot Crate December box….hahaha. Of course I got a Sub Box gift…duh!! I also sent him some guitar shaped measuring spoons because he’s a musician, and he loves to cook with his wife. I would TOTALLY do a SS on here though.

I just realized in the last few days that it wasn’t showing for everyone! It was a free blender bottle / free shipping. I need to e-mail people that ordered and see what their confirmation says and fix it if it didn’t do it correct!

Did you happen to find any of those Fashion Emergency Kits 90% off? I managed to find enough for all but 2 of my bridesmaids (for their thank you gifts), so now I’m in search for 2 more on forums and eBay! Let me know if you have any you would be willing to sell/trade me!
