~Good morning! The Christmas countdown is on! Every year, I swear I am going to be more organized. And every year, here I am a few days before Christmas wondering why I have so much left to do? Maybe I just work better under pressure? At least Santa won’t need to put together a bunk bed on Christmas Eve this year while Ms. Claus stands lookout for children who might possibly wake up and see what’s going down!

~I was seriously expected to get like two boxes this week, but it seems like a few more are coming too. I should be getting Stitch Fix, Kloverbox, Hammock Pack, Loot Crate, Splendies and a few more that I can’t figure out in the USPS system. But better yet, my Reddit Gift Exchange person is getting her gift today! I hope she likes it! Someone suggested that I run a Secret Santa gift exchange next year. Would you be in? I’d do something to make sure that everyone got a gift and no one got stiffed! Think about it!
~So, realistically, how difficult do you think it would be to make these cheesecake stuffed cupcakes? I need to make cookies for Christmas Eve with the family, but they’d be down for cupcakes too and these are adorable. Is it hard to cut cheesecake into shapes? Or not so much because it’s frozen? I might have to attempt this!
~I stumbled into Target’s version of the minimergency kit this weekend (they call it the “Fashion Emergency Kit“) and had to pick it up. It was like $15 and, while cute, I wouldn’t buy another one at $15. But if they happen to end up in the 90% off after Christmas clearance, I will be getting more for sure!
