Dottiebox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly subscription box full of high quality handmade items for women, from both small businesses and indie brands. They offer their standard Dottiebox which is $26/month and a Dottiebox Mini subscription, which is $13/month. I did a review on the February (full-sized) Dottiebox here and now it’s time for the Dottiebox Mini review.
Dottiebox ships via USPS. The full-sized box ships during the first week of the month while the mini box ships more towards mid-month.
Dottiebox and Dottiebox Mini tend to use some of the same brands, but they don’t use the same exact products. They send me both the Dottiebox and the Dottiebox Mini to review and I don’t believe I have ever gotten exact duplicates.
The February 2015 Dottiebox Mini included the following items:
~Printcess Eye Shadow ($6): My shadow is a great dark color and will last forever since a little of this goes a long way. Printcess shadows are handmade, cruelty-free and are inspired by novels which is kind of neat.
~A Global Friendship Circle of Friends Trio Bracelet ($25): Love these! You can share them with friends (there are three separate bracelets here) or wear together to represent the three friendship joys—love, trust and happiness. These remind me of friendship bracelets we used to make when I was younger and I think that’s why I like them so so much.
~Natural Soap Co Small Bar Soap (Georgia Peach): This is a fun little soap sample. I love that I got a Peach scent because that is not a scent you see in a ton of soaps, but it smells so good!
All totaled I came up with a value of $32.25 for the February 2015 Dottiebox Mini. That’s nearly triple the cost of the box this month! As usual I thought it was a very cute box and love the variety that they include!
