FrenchBox just sent out an e-mail update regarding a resolution to the issues with the February 2015 Box. I posted the letter in full above, but I’ll highlight the main points as well:
~FrenchBox will be sending subscribers two full-size beauty products, with a combined value of approximately $35. These products will be shipped in about two weeks,
~All automatic subscription charges have been canceled. Current subscribers will be given priority registration for the next FrenchBox.
~Multi-Month prepaid subscribers will be receiving upcoming boxes and will receive individual e-mails regarding their account status.
~The next box will be read in approximately 6 weeks.
I am super curious to see what these two products are that FrenchBox is sending out and it sounds like we’ll be hearing more about them in the next few days! I appreciate their communication on this one and hope they can get back on track!
