Sharing Small, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a children’s “sock of the month” club. Every month, your child will receive fun new socks in a package addressed directly to them! For every pair purchased, Sharing Small will also donate a pair to children in need. Plans generally contain TWO pairs of socks, but I realized that after I took these pictures with three pairs in them. I received three pairs instead of the normal two pair because they didn’t know what size my kiddos needed!
Sharing Small ships from Canada and took over a week to get to me. Since it’s coming from Canada it has to clear customs and you never know how long that will take.
I opened it just expecting socks but it also included a stick, a coloring page and a fun print all relating to that month’s theme.
The February 2015 Sharing Small theme was Dinosaurs! The information card is more like a story of how the “theme’ developed. Here are the socks:
~The Socks: I am going to mention it again, but subscribers will receive TWO pairs of socks. Again, I received three because they didn’t know what size to send for my kids. But anyway, I found them to be true to size. The Small is for ages 2-4, the Medium for ages 5-8 and the Large is for ages 9-12. The Medium fits L perfectly and the Small is a little bit for WB, but he has TINY feet. Like tiny. When he started walking I had a hard time finding hard soled shoes for him because his feet were about the same size as a 6-month old ;). They’ve grown (obviously), but are still on the small side.
I loved the print on these socks and really liked that they were fun without being totally crazy and out there. The cost works out to be $5 per pair which I thought was a little high for kids socks. I generally buy plain white socks for the boys (and in bulk bags at that) and don’t really get too many “printed” socks, so maybe I’ve off base? Plus you do also receive the little extras along with a fun story.

That seems on the pricey side for 2 pairs of socks. I buy my boys printed socks and they usually run about $7 for 5 pair.
