I had gotten a look at the March box and was quite excited to get mine. There was one item in particular I was quite excited to see!
The March 2015 Petit Vour theme was “Spring Dreaming” and included the following all-natural pike to elevate your ritual:
~The Little Alchemist Cacao & Banana Face Glow ($32): I somehow missed that this was a powder and almost spilled it all over the place when I was opening it up! Oops. You add a teaspoon of this to your liquid of choice (purified water, honey, yogurt, ) and then mix up in a small bowl. It’s recommended for use 1-2 times per week and you only have to leave it on for 10 minutes. I’ve only used it once but I was quite pleased with it. It made my skin feel glowy and clean. I used water to mix it this time but I can’t wait to experiment with some different bases for it!
~Juice Beauty Stem Cellular CC Cream ($11.47): This has been in a few different subscription boxes and I have always liked it. It blends into my skin nicely, but I am not loving the smell today. I don’t know if they changed it up, but I don’t remember it being so strong?
~Vert Mont Perfumery EROS Wellness Perfume ($5): I take back what I said about the Juice Beauty being strong smelling because this is STRONG! It’s described as a “love potion” but I think it’s just too much for me personally.
~Metropolis Soap Co. (MSC Skin Care) Lip Butter ($7): This is a lavender and spearmint scented lip balm. Is it just me or have we been getting a lot of lavender scented items in subscription boxes lately? It’s not a bad thing – just an observation. I am already using this and have it on my desk right now.
All totaled I came up with a value of $55.47 for the March 2015 Petit Vour box. And I was thrilled with it. I am blown away by The Little Alchemist Mask and can only hope to see more from them in the future!

In like all of your reviews, you mention that you’re using the lip balms and loving them.. so I must know! How many lip balms do you currently have open and in rotation?! I personally have 3 “in use” right now (a candycane chapstick, mint eos and a brown fresh sugar) and it’s a bit too much for me! Though I opened the Fresh one because I couldn’t find the other 2.. It’s my favorite balm but I’d never pay $22 for it so my SIL got it for me for Christmas.
AND follow-up questions: Do you wash/lose lip balms a lot? Do you throw them away after X number of months like you’re “supposed to?” (I don’t, I use my eyes and nose for makeup.. if it looks or smells gross, it gets tossed but I’ve got eyeshadow that has to be at least 10 years old!)
LOL. I counted the ones on my desk and have about 7 open right now. That’s a lot huh? I think I have 5 different hand lotions in my desk too! And yes, I lose them constantly. The kids use my EOS ones a lot too so those often end up lost in weird places!
Have you ever tried skoshbox? I have gotten it and it tastes really good. (The candy, not the box… Dont eat boxes)
