As I was selecting my April Fabletics outfit last night I noticed a few things and wanted to make sure everyone knew!

The next thing I want to mention is when I checked out an offer appeared in my cart for a free 1 year magazine subscription to People Style Watch!  You can actually click on it and select from a variety of subscriptions.  If none of the subscriptions interest you, you may also select to have the cost of the subscription refunded to you (yyou can check out the refund form here).

Fabletics also has a ton of new Accessories available!  Everything from earbuds to speakers to bracelets, so check that out while you are there as well.  And if you are new to Fabletics you can get 50% off your first outfit (no coupon code necessary)!

I ordered on the first and got 20% off my purchase of $100 or more.

I was a little annoyed that, again, I saw prices on the website, put it in my cart, and it was not reflected when I checked out. Spend 2.5 hours on chat waiting for someone to come on only to find out they couldn’t fix it they could just cancel my order, but since several items were sold out that I had ordered…I could either get all my money back and not get the 20% off back, or I could make do. This is the third time I’ve ordered from them, and the 3rd time I’ve had issues with my order–not a fan of fabletics. I like their clothing, but once I get enough points for a free outfit I am out of there.

While I love Fabletics, they’ve lost a bit of respect from me. I made the order back in the beginning of April and chose to do the refund instead of the magazine. I filled out the whole form with the appropriate documents needed, and they didn’t give me the refund. Instead they mailed me the magazine over 8 weeks later. I called and was diverted to the company that takes care of the magazine, and they essentially tell me I didn’t follow Fabletic’s guidelines. I followed the directions on the form exactly, read over it ten times even. Apparently when you do the magazine refund, you’re required to call a specific number within 30 days to inform them that you do want to end the subscription and give them your details. The call rep informed me that this requirement along with their number was written down in Fabletic’s terms for the refund, but it was not listed anywhere on the return form’s terms and conditions or on the magazine’s fine details that were provided when I made my order. My return form only stated to postmark my form within 30 days, there was no mention of a phone call or even a phone number. The call rep stated there was nothing they could do, but that they’d get back to me on my case. I’m not sure if they will or not, but did anyone else have this exact problem?

I went through something similar. However, I did call and was given a number which I wrote on the form. Never received a refund.
In addition, I just received charges for 3 of the magazines I felt forced to accept as gift.
Very dissatisfied with these issues as well as the change in the reward system which is not nearly as attractive as the one they originally offered.
