Based on what I am hearing, POPSUGAR is offering FULL refunds (so long as the contents of the box are unused) on the CFDA + POPSUGAR Must Have Box. From my understanding you have to shoot them over an over at musthave@popsugar.com and they will send you a return shipping label. A lot of people were super disappointed with the spoilers (and the discrepancy in the earring prices), so this is awesome of them!
Thank you for posting this. I did see this as well and emailed them since, but have not received any response. All of my emails to them have been mild and hopeful. So i hope there’s not bad feelings or im marked as a bad customer. I did like the box just not for what they said they were sending and the price i paid for it. And the whole value deception thing irritated me. Ugh. I still want the summer le box. At $100 its much easier for me to accept a box i didnt like much.
I haven’t heard about this. Can you tell me or direct me on what to do about the refund/return? I feel like such a sucker.
On facebook each person was told to reach out via email to musthave@popsugar.com and request to return.

This is great of PS to do – own up to the fact that the details were misleading and people don’t trust a company when they feel cheated.
Yes it is great of PS to offer returns which is why I’ll continue with them even though I was very unhappy with the CFDA box. They have been very gracious about the whole thing and never once mentioned going all Darth Vader on us!! 😉
I just got my email saying the following Thank you for your feedback. In this case, we are offering the option for customers to return complete and unused boxes for a full refund. The refund will be issued if the box is received by the 27th of May.
We have attached a complimentary prepaid return label to send the box back to us. Please let us know if there is anything else we can address or assist with.

My box hasn’t even made it in yet.(it’s supposed to be here by the 20th) Since I live in small town southern Arkansas it takes forever for my boxes to show up.
Thank you SO much for posting this information! I am a first-time subscriber to PS, so in addition to the May box, I sprung for this one….WOW, so disappointed…I’m really glad they are offering refunds because $195 is no joke. Hopefully, they will not hassle me either.
I sent a box back 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t seen a refund back to my account. Does anyone know how long that usually takes?
