~Good morning! B’s got today off so we are going to sneak in a little day date before he heads off on his many trips. He’ll be gone the rest of this week, home for the weekend and then it’s off to Korea for over a month. He’ll be able to FaceTime with the kids and I so it won’t be too bad at all.
~Just a little heads up! Kate Spade is going to be on Haute Look today beginning at 11am EST. No idea what pieces will be included (other than Clothing, Accessories and Home) or what the prices will be, but if you love Kate Spade you might want to check it out.
~Did you watch the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight this weekend? I caught a little off it on some YouTube stream and it *might* have been the most boring fight ever. I don’t know much (anything) about boxing, but I know I was bored watching them.
~The pillows my mom (although I did learn how to sew a straight line) made out of my Lilly hammock case are just about done. And I love how they turned out! I think the sides just need to be sew shut basically? When she found out the pillows Target sold like this were just $25, she just looked at me like “let’s just go buy them”. HA! If only it were that easy. I hunted around town for a week and found 1 pillow. In a week. And I thought that was pretty good.
~Lots of subscription boxes should be coming this week! I am expecting Fabletics, Hammock Pack, Hazel Lane, My Pretend Place, Nina Garcia Quarterly and a bunch more I can’t think of any off the top of my head. I am really hoping we get some spoilers on the May POPSUGAR box and I am also really hoping that the CFPA + POPSUGAR box ships this week or some spoilers roll in. I am really curious about that one.
~Duchess Kate had her baby and of course, looks incredible. Who can blame her though? If the entire world was going to be waiting outside taking my picture as I left the hospital I would try my hardest to look fabulous too.
