I am not sure of all the sizes on these so the prices may not be totally accurate. But what do you think of the Spring Nina Garcia Quarterly Co. box so far?
That IS a lot of hair product. I don’t get the Nina box. Some of that looks like nice quality stuff and it’s high value, but kind of boring to be all one type of thing, except for a brush. I can’t wait to read people rip it apart over on MSA. lol.
Sachajuan hair repair is AWESOME!!!! This box was not for me, but i knew that based on the spoiler. I like a mixed bag and haircare is definitely low on my scale of needs or wants.
I really did love her summer box. The nina garcia otter box case is notorious in my family as it got passed around to the iphone 5 users.
But she did a safe nice job on luxury hair products.
A full box dedicated to hair would be fine, but I find this one really boring. I feel like she could have made it awesome with some hair accessories. Some hair ties, head band, a head scarf, or something… I’d be really upset if I had paid $100 for this, but I know the value and quality is there… I didn’t get the box, so I can’t really complain, but I feel like a lot of people are going to hate this one.
That was my wishful thinking that it would have awesome luxe hair accessoires from like franceluxe – carbon brushes. I’m so glad there is at least one hair brush. I really did not thinking 9 other items would be hair serum/sprays. It is an okay box but yeah, pretty boring. I’m really surprised by this box. There is no wow factor here.
I meant hair accessories and carbon brushes for styling hair.
I received my box today and there is a hair accessory. I can’t find it online, but it a carved birch wood hairpin by Masterpeace. The few I have seen online are different variations of the one I got but looking at the items by Masterpeace it seems to have some value. Also, it is the Premium Oval Brush as someone else mentioned. 🙂
Thanks! I’m going to google Masterpeace and hope I don’t get the one pictured. I’m whining but I have curly/wavy hair and I don’t need more volume and I actually like my long curly/wavy hair (gasp, I know I’m like the only one out there) so yeah I’m kind of bummed about this box. I thought it would be more accessories – headbands, hair accessories, and styling tools, shampoo, conditioner, and some spray/hair serum. I just did not expect 8 of the 10 items would be voluminizer, lengthener, and etc. That being said, I’m happy I’m getting the hair brush, lol.
I have the same type of hair and am happy with it.
I was hoping for a fabulous hair dryer! Travel sized or regular sized.
Thank you! What do you think of the box in person?
Jennifer–I think the brush in the box *may* actually be the Harry Josh Pro Tools Oval brush ($50) based on the picture.
That being said, I bought this box and I’m really happy. I would much rather have high quality products as opposed to lots of hair fashion accessories, though I totally get that some people feel differently. I would have preferred a hair turban or headband as opposed to the wooden accessory included, but overall I think this is my favorite Nina box to date.
Thank you! I updated!
Hmmm this box is an hard one for me. There are sooooo many different hair types and textures. Seems crazy to dedicate an entire box to something so versatile. As an African American with natural hair, I’m not sure any of these products will be any use to me. I’ll reserve judgment for when I have the box.
I got the box and kept it but I really should have sent it back. I use almost no products in my hair so to have a box with almost nothing but hair products was a waste and a disappointment. There were also too many duplicative products. The brush is nice but the hair thing-a-mabob looked like someone made it in shop class. I don’t feel this was worth $100 even if the products exceed that value.
I don’t think they allow returns anymore ;(.
