Based on the first glance this box looked amazing! I couldn’t wait to see what else was inside. The box doesn’t include an information card, but the May 2015 Premium PowerUp Box contained the following:
~Angry Birds Star Wars Notebook ($6.99): L is going to use this notebook as a summer journal. Just like they did in school all year I am going to have him write about special things he has done, his weekends, etc.
~Nightmare Before Christmas Socks (~$5): B will for sure wear these. The These are extra fun because no one (but you) know they are actually wild socks. If anyone else saw them they would just see the black part.
~Angry Birds / Star Wars Giant Pen (~$3): I don’t know why, but I have always gotten a kick out of these giant pens. They are super impractical and hard to write with, but they are fun.
~Star Wars Puzzle (48 piece) (~$4): L saw this and declared it was awesome. I don’t think it’ll be too difficult for him to complete so maybe WB can even help.
~Frankenstein Jr. & The Impossibles Pop! ($9.87): I don’t know this guy, but L acted like he did, so I must just be out of the loop? I love getting FunKo Pop! figures in subscription boxes and so does L. He’s has them all lined up in his room along with his little Minecraft guys.
~For Fox Sake Mug ($10): This is fantastic. Every time I look at it I laugh. I already love mugs and when they have funny sayings on them it’s even better. Love this!
~Lightening Bugs Gummy Candy (~$2): We haven’t opened these yet, but is there any doubt that the boys will love it? I think not. I’m not clear of the science behind this item and I probably really don’t want to know how it works do I?
~Star Wars Comic Book ($3.99): My brother was over today so I gave him his Star Wars comic book. He’s a big fan and I know he’d appreciate it more than L and I would have.
~Star Wars T-Shirt ($19): The picture might make this look black, but it’s actually a dark brown. I gave this one to my brother as well. He was even more thrilled about the t-shirt than the comic. I suspect he’ll be adding it in to his t-shirt rotation soon.
All totaled I came up with a value of $63.85 for the May 2015 PowerUp box. I loved this box. I thought it was pretty cool while I was unboxing it, but then I got to that mug and now think it’s the coolest thing ever!

oh WOW this box was great. Funny we already have that puzzle or one pretty darn close to it. No idea where it came from though.
You know what those pens are good for? Character signings at WDW 😉
My 6 year old would had loved this box.
No science involved with the ‘light up gummy worms’. the light is in the tweezers and when you pick up a gummy worm it pushes a button to turn it on. totally cool and not nearly as gross as you feared 😉 Now I’m off to amazon to find that mug!!
OMG I am so dumb. I really thought the actual gummy worms would glow. I need more sleep!
