1. What is your favorite comfort food? Mine is so ice-cream. I love it. It may be because I spent so many years slinging ice-cream at the Dairy Queen in high-school / college, but I am obsessed with it. I like all flavors really, but that Ben & Jerry’s Salted Caramel Core? OMG. Incredible. Best ice-cream on the planet.
2. How do you celebrate your birthday? Do you have any special traditions? My birthday is tomorrow (yay!) and while I don’t have any celebrations planned this year or extra special traditions, I want to hear about yours! B will be out of town (it’s not the first birthday of mine he’s missed and it will not be the last either I am sure), so the kids (and my extra kids this week) will probably go out to eat and maybe get some fancy cupcakes?
