Mommy Mailbox subscription boxes are carefully curated to make all mom’s lives better, easier and sweeter. Boxes contain products which typically retail for between $55-$75 and each box contains 4-6 surprise gifts that change each month.
Mommy Mailbox ships via USPS during the first week of the month (or the last few days of the previous month). I never get a shipping notice on this one, it just appears in my mailbox.
I absolutely love Mommy Mailbox and, to tell you the truth, I think they are doing themselves a bit of a disservice with the name. they aren’t just for moms! Yes, it’s a great treat for moms, but it usually has items most all women would enjoy!
The September 2015 Mommy Mailbox was curated by Bridget Hunt from Tales of Me and the Husband and included the following items;
~Bar Bracelet by Love Obsessed Jewelry ($24): Ohhh, I love this! It’s dainty and just beautiful.
~Damn Good Face Wash (1oz) ($7): This isn’t the most attractive looking face wash, but it works! It’s made from all-natural ingredients like organic extra-virgin coconut oil, raw honey, raw shea butter, baking soda, bentonite clay and tea tree oil. If it starts to separate you just need to mix it up with the included spoon. It’s quite moisturizing and left my skin feeling amazing.
~Umbra Prisma Frame (4×4) ($10): We rarely receive picture frames in subscription boxes so this is fantastic. It’s stylish and will look great in my office.
~Stay Well-Kept Towelettes ($5.99): I thought these were face towelettes, so it’s a good thing I looked more closely at the package. They are used to clean your phones, tablets, computers, glasses, etc. Too often I try to use my shirt to clean my glasses and that just doesn’t work. These will be amazing in my purse!
~Seven Sundays Muesli Cup (~$2): Now this is a B item. I don’t like oatmeal and I am guessing that the texture of muesli isn’t going to be for me either. I’d hate to waste it so I will give it to him to take to work.
~Boom Boom Prints Gift Card ($10): Every box also included a Mystery Card to Boom Boom prints. Cards were either $5, $10, $25, $100 or $500 value. Mine was $10. I don’t know if I am going to use my card and I would have to spend money to do so, so I am not going to include the card in the value of the box.
All totaled I came up with a value of $48.99 for the September 2015 Mommy Mailbox. I absolutely loved this box. I thought it was fantastic. It’s not a crazy amazing value, but the curation on these boxes is spot on. They pick such cute items!

I have tried several sub. boxes over the past year and mommy mailbox is by far my favorite. They are doing a great job! I use almost everything, and what I don’t use makes a really nice gift. (Totally agree with you about the name – – might throw some potential subscribers off, unfortunately.)
