Mommy Mailbox subscription boxes are carefully curated to make all mom’s lives better, easier and sweeter. Boxes contain products which typically retail for between $55-$75 and each box contains 4-6 surprise gifts that change each month.
Mommy Mailbox ships via USPS during the first week of the month (or the last few days of the previous month). I never get a shipping notice on this one, it just appears in my mailbox.
I went into this one totally spoiler free and I was so excited to open it up. Mommy Mailbox has quickly become one of my favorite boxes and I love seeing what they do each month.
The October 2015 Mommy Mailbox was curated by Natalie Borton, the voice behind Thoughts by Natalie and a senior editor at The Glitter Guide. The box included the following items:
~Infinity Scarf by White Plum: Subscription boxes tend to include quite a few scarves, but they are more fashion scarves than warmth scarves. This one, however, is for sure one that will keep you warm. It’s cozy and makes me excited for the cold weather.
~Menu Planner by Jack and Ella Paper ($12): Aww, I love this! It a weekly meal planner pad with a tear off section for your grocery shopping list. I have always been a fan of this sort of thing and just love this. The meal planner is going to have to wait till this weekend though ;).
~Caramel Sauce by CC Made ($5): I feel like this curator is reading my mind. First a scarf, then a fun paper product and now caramel? I love it all. I prefer caramel on just ice-cream, but really it’s amazing on everything.
~Volumising Mascara by ModelCo Cosmetics ($22): I liked this mascara, but I didn’t love it. It didn’t flake which I was happy about, but I thought it clumped a bit. I did test it kind of quickly, so it’s possible that was just user error.
~Oui Oui Print by Swell Made Co.: Yes, yes! Another fun item! This print was printed on paper made from recycled material and is gorgeous. It’s 5×7 and will fit my “print frame” (the frame I switch prints out in all the time) perfectly.
I couldn’t find a price on the scarf so I wasn’t able to do a cost breakdown on this box. I loved it though. I absolutely loved it. It was totally “me” and I will use every single thing in here. This month was a huge win for me!
