~Good morning! This week is actually going to be quite calm. Both boys have Halloween parties at school and then Saturday is trick-or-treating, but other than that we don’t have too much going on. Everyone needs haircuts, we are carving pumpkins one night, L is redeeming his ChoreMonster points for a trip to Dave & Busters, but that’s mainly easy / fun stuff.
~Did anyone watch 90 Day Fiance last night? Poor Noon. That apartment with the bugs. Nope. And I still don’t quite get why Loren has to quite her job and move from New York because Alexie is moving here. I know she said she couldn’t support both of them with her job, but now they have 0 jobs and I would assume that they’ll need a car living in FL? As for the rest of them, I like Devar and Melanie, but Nikki and Mark? He acts like her dad. I don’t know about Fernando yet, but he certainly thinks he a ladies man doesn’t he?
~Lots of subscription boxes are coming in this week! I should be getting Birchbox Man, bluum, Five Four Club, For the Faithful, Fortune Cookie Soap, NewBeauty TestTube, Prospurly, Socialbliss and a handful of others. Hammock Pack and A Little Bundle should also be shipping this week.
~Has anyone tried the Chai Crème Frappuccino with Pumpkin Spice from Starbucks? I haven’t yet, but I really want to. I don’t think I have ever had a Chai Creme Frappuccino before or a Pumpkin Spice one for that matter, but the combo actually sounds good. Also, I saw the Starbucks Red Cups the other day and they are just that. Red. I looked them up online and it appears they are an ombre red, but in person they just looked straight up red. Of course, they were still in the package so maybe I didn’t get the full effect.
~So I read that the Target One Spot is NOT going away, it’s just changing slightly. It’s now going to be called “Bullseye’s Playground” and will be like the One Spot, but slightly nicer I guess? According to The Break Room, items will be priced from $1-$10. It didn’t say when this was all happening, but I am hoping for soon!

I was literally talking to my husband about 90 day fianc? last night! I was like why does that girl have to quit her job to “support their lifestyle.” Could they not stay in and cook? Plus she annoys the heck out of me. “If anyone deserves to be happy it’s us.” It’s like wow. Yes the whole world revolves around you and the strange way you move your mouth when you talk. I feel bad for Noon too. That guy also seems creepy. What do you think of the jamacian guy? I’m not exactly sure what to think of that. We didn’t see any of the Mormon guy last night but he seems really sweet. It’s just such a fun show!
I am oddly obsessed with the Break Room forum. I only had one retail job, ever, and it was almost 20 years ago, but I still identify with a lot of their issues.
My main issue with the One Spot is that people stop there and completely block the flow of traffic into the store. I try to be good when I go to Target and only get things on my list. But that means going past the One Spot to the paper towels or kitty litter or whatever. Which I can’t do if there are 4 or 5 people stopping to look at stuff. Although this is better in my new store than it was in my old one (I recently moved and the new Target I go to is one of the bigger ones with underground parking and the cart escalator).
I don’t get all the Loren hate. NYC is expensive and planning a wedding in three months is difficult. She would be the only one working and seemingly the only one planning a wedding and that would be stressful, plus if your family is in Florida and you want to have a Florida wedding I think actually being in Florida is much easier than trying to plan it all from NYC. I actually really relate to her. She seems pretty high anxiety and being in an LDR doesn’t help with that either. But I digress.
I feel so terrible for Noon! Like, yes, we have roaches in the south and they will find a way inside but you should be doing everything you can to get rid of them! I can’t believe he didn’t move or ask his roommate to move before she came.
Fernando. He puzzles me. Like do his parents live with him or does he live with his parents? I know it’s very common in Hispanic (and Jewish, like Loren) families to live with your family if you are unmarried but what job does he have that he can just go spend “a couple weeks” with his lady?
I don’t even understand what’s going on with Nikki. Like it seems like they have a mutual understanding of companionship. But he totally gives me the creeps. I think they are being unfair to his daughter by expecting her to bond and be friends with nikki when they just met and their situation is bizarre.
As for Melanie and Devar… I don’t know. I do know that I love her kid and he is so sweet and well mannered.
I mean at least give your house a DEEP cleaning before she gets there. Gross! I would be on the first plane ride back!
Fernando thinks it’s going to be odd for her to eat off a tablecloth every night. What? That tablecloth was a mess. And he acted like his parents lived with him, but man, I don’t know. Yes, what does he do? Other than “doing well” with the ladies, it doesn’t seem like much.
Nikki and Mark had the weirdest kiss ever last night. I was grossed out.
I love seeing others getting addicted to “90 Day Fiance” we have been fans since season one (if you ever watch my husbands all time favorite was Pao from season one…”tas tas tas”!) lol
… Poor Noon, he couldn’t even wipe out the dead roaches out of the frig! and the set up of the apartment is so strange having to walk through each others rooms…he needs to get his own place if he’s serious about this relationship… I want to see what all Fernando’s “women” look like! I am hoping the best for Devar and Melanie because she has her son involved and it seems like he really likes Devar so much already… Nikki and Mark..it’s just a mess…and the preview for next week he was blowing a whistle to get her out of bed…lol,, They need their own show! lol
