Two questions today…
1. How much vacation time do you get at work? I just finished reading an article about how LinkedIn is offering unlimited vacation (sort of) time to their employees and it got me wondering, what’s the norm these days? When I worked I got 3 weeks of vacation and I used every bit of those! Between actual vacations, sick kids (L used to get sick ALL the time when he was little) and whatever else, those days get eaten up fast. How many vacation days / hours do you get? Do you use them all?
2. Where do you get your news from? Websites? Morning Talk Shows? Local News Broadcasts? National News Broadcasts? Or a combination of everything? I try and watch my local news daily and also check CNN.com a few times a day. I get the CNN Alerts sent to my phone too. Oh and I read (well browse) my local newspaper online as well. I should probably read more, but there is only so much time!
